i wont say anything for the service as i havent really been served due to a lack of purchase but the reason why is because the shop is unbearable. its HOTTTTT. VERY HOT. i did notice the big fan and i am aware it was not your fault but this serves more as a warning to those who are easily overstimulated especially with the type of lighting and music being played, i needed an sos warning the workers didnt welcome us in and did stand around chatting a bit but its urban outfitters and in their defense it was like 6pm so i understand as a young person work and stuff is tiring plus again, the shop is HEATED. idk how they do it, big props to them..... the sale racks are a bit disorganised and thrown around, very cluttered so it was a bit annoying in that path i was going in but it is optional to look however it was hard to want to so i am 50/50 on this shop but maybe on a calm winters day i will be happy with it, the heat and disorganising gets the 3, not staff. please avoid if u have any heat conditions, u may die. i cannot stress enough how foul the heating is.

today i went in with my sisters and while i went to try on some clothes there was a couple of girls we thought they was costumers with the laziness of them we didn’t see any staff so went straight in so as we are sisters we felt safe with the 3 of us going in as i locked the door a blonde young lady come over banging on the door shouting one at a time i opened the door to her and her friends looking me up and down saying only one at a time i would’ve understood if she had given us a number and room but as we left they continued to laugh at us as we didn’t say anything back and we did not receive any help i just feel very discriminated as it is one of my favourite shops

Nice to see a shop setting a good example by giving out free canvas bags instead of charging for plastic bags. Shame about the mind numbing rubbish being pumped through the speakers but the kids seem to like it...

Me and my sister visited today, while we appreciated the sale and the vibe of the store whilst we were browsing, upon checkout we were really let down. 3 female cashiers were all standing at the tills messing about with each other. It took them a minute to acknowledge us and one reluctantly signed on. We were hardly acknowledged as customers, the only thing she asked was if we had unidays. The cashier kept talking to two other colleagues joking about and hardly making eye contact or acknowledging us. She then pointed at someone or started talking saying “oh yeah he’s definitely gay” and then when another colleague told her off for saying it, she said “it’s like saying oh i’m asian”. This was just a very unprofessional conversation to have infront of customers and could have waited the two minutes it would have taken for us to be checked out. She then handed us the bag and receipt, we wished her a good day and she then wished us back. This is not really the type of customer service I would expect from Urban Outfitters as it is a higher end retail store. Both me and my sister said we found them all very rude especially when we had visited multiple other stores with lovely staff. I think these colleagues need speaking to and retraining on customer service. I know retail jobs can be boring and repetitive, but the experience given to us has almost put us off buying in store at urban.

I had such great service in this shop today when returning some clothes that I had no receipt for , and queryinq what I had been charged for some Christmas purchases . I was expecting it to be a faff , but Hannah was excellent and sorted both issues out without question , a real breath of fresh air Great service , 5 stars

Very overpriced items, the stock hardly changes. You are asked to wait outside the changing rooms until somebody lets you grab a room and it can take around 5-10 minutes including when it's not busy. There has been an incidence where the cashier has forgotten to take the security tag off an item of clothing and the alarms hadn't gone off in the shop but when I returned it took a bit of time for the mistake to be fixed.

Went with family to shop for daughter who is in uni. She says the style there is more like her style than other places. She liked a number of items but thought there were a bit pricy. She thinks men’s collection was of better variety and quality than women’s.

I don't like it. Yoofs cloves that look like old potato sacks and they sell hundreds of records. Well 3 different records with like 40 copies of each record. So pretty ship really.
