I've had my semi-permanent eyeliner done at this salon a few times now, and each time we've gone a little thicker to get it just right and this time, it's perfect! I wanted a bold, defined look with a thicker line and a sharp, spiked edge at the outer corners. I know how tricky it can be to get that kind of eyeliner perfectly even on both eyes, but she absolutely smashed it! She took such care with the shape and symmetry, and the result is flawless. It frames my eyes beautifully and gives that lifted, dramatic effect I was going for. The whole experience, as always, was professional, relaxed, and so reassuring. I'm honestly so happy with how it turned out. Waking up with perfect eyeliner every day is a dream, and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do it.

Straight is exceptional at what she does, this was my 2nd treatment with her, my first was a tailored facial and today I had a hot stone full body massage. I felt looked after and cared for and have left feeling rejuvenated, calm a relaxed. Thank you Soraia, I will be back.

Love this shop and the staff. All are equally friendly, helpful and always smiling. They are great with advice for newbies like I was. My confidence and my tan have come a long way through visiting the shop. I also have my eyebrows waxed and eyelashes done here. Recommend to everyone I talk to 😊

Shan always makes me feel so comfortable in appointments. She takes time to explain the products, checks in with me about after care and lets me know when she is going to remove wax so I’m prepared! So glad that I decided on Urban Oasis when I moved here!

Everyone there are so polite and happy, I go for a massage every month, witch really helps, Amy's really good always happy to talk about sutch random stuff, which makes the whole experience perfect

First time visiting, staff were very friendly. I was anxious at first but after a while the lady reassured me and I felt much more comfortable. Would definitely recommend!!
