Walmart Supercenter

Changes would be nice!!! If I had to guess, there are only 3 working wheelchairs at this store that have at least 50+ handicap people there at a time. I've been trying to check out with a lot of items several times within the last month, they never seem to open the only two lanes that don't require a cashier and have a belt for self checkout to place a lot of items on. It is very difficult trying to do self checkout when you have a lot of items and nowhere to place stuff, you can't leave them in the cart, because after you bag things you need to place the bags in your cart to make room to bag more items. Whoever created the self checkouts for larger stores never took this into consideration and should've. I was checking out on register #4 today. The first issue is that the belt is not working at 100%. Why can't Walmart shut the register down until they fix the belt? The cashier mentioned #4's belt was much better than another register she was working on. Again, close the registers down and fix the issue! The second issue was that I was trying to pay with a chip reader card, and the sale kept getting rejected. The lady (customer) standing next to me said, "Oh, you have to try a couple of times. It will eventually work." The cashier agreed, said it was an issue with the card reader. Seriously? Why should a customer know this, apparently she's been in many times or this has been an issue for way too long. I tried, and finally, the 5th time it worked! These things are very frustrating to the customer. I think someone needs to address these issues and fix them and, in the interim, shut down the registers having issues until corrected.

walmart just be so ghetto sometimes fr 😭 yall cancel people’s deliveries without asking (when we were put on hold and told he was looking for another driver to deliver our order) because “one of your drivers” couldnt find our address that is absolutely so easy to find cuz hello its 2025 and we have gps? then i get told to call my local walmart. did that 6 different times but no one answered. crazy how that is when every time i go in i see multiple employees standing on their phones but yet NO ONE can answer the phone line. y’all gotta do better cuz y’all just made me mad as hell.

This Walmart has the most disgusting bathrooms I have EVER seen. It's like someone let their child run wild and destroy the bathroom. All the trash cans were over flowing. NONE of the stalls had toilet paper. It's like they just don't care. Don't get me started on the customer service, about 80% of the employees here have nasty attitudes and act like its such an inconvenience to help you.

Around 5:20pm went to Automotive section to get tired plugged since tires were purchased at Walmart with service plan. Yolanda didn't say sorry and was very rude shaking her head no and said we're not doing tires right now and refused to help me. Had to get back on the road with tire going flat. She has no customer service skills and doesn't care. Not sure why she acted that way but obviously needs customer service training. 1 star because it won't allow posing. She deserves a zero!

Krickett in the electronic department that works for OSL is absolutely amazing at her job!!! and so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for her customers!! She was quick to help me and answered all my questions made me feel right at home! I highly recommend asking for her and let her save you some money!

A big Walmart, probably the largest I've been to in this whole area. Had a wide variety of anything you could really think of. Prices seemed a touch higher than I expected or have seen lately, but they're rising everywhere & fast, so it's probably not just there. Overall a decent store. Although I couldn't find their clearance section. I saw a huge sign back by shoes, but went down that aisle, and what little they had as their marked down section (of just shoes) had more stuff that must've been misplaced there & was really their full price stuff. (I'm sorry. I would never pay $25 for a pair of Walmart sneakers, and they definitely weren't marked down.)

Avoid curbside pickup. Order wasnt ready, then can’t get through on phone. Then waited over an hour for the groceries to be brought during a second pickup attempt. You could shop for your own groceries in half the time.

I usually dread going to Walmart but today I was pleasantly surprised. I had a cashier, Jamaika help me today. She was kind, funny and overall pleasant. Thank you Jamaika for surprising me today.
