I identified a pair of shoes and they were on the shelf and marked down. I really wanted them come to find out they could only find one shoe and not the other.the staff were very helpful and tried to locate the shoe in another store. I will be back for sure because the employees were NICE and KIND and the prices were great

Every year we go to Hibbett's to get new soccer cleats for my 2 grandson's. The people that work there are so helpful and nice. You never have to wait for assistance, they are right there ready to help if you need it but they do not hover so you feel comfortable to just look around.

On 6/14/25 my daughter and I went in looking for a particular shoe, the guy working was asked if they carried the shoe and he said no we haven't gotten those since 2020 needless information but he went on to help another customer while we were still standing there, he was not engaging with us as we were planning to buy something but he wasn't interested in asking can I help you with something else so we left

Prices are way too high. I can drive to Academy and get what I need at a better price.
