Star Castle Family Entertainment Center

We visited the roller rink last week. I have to say I was very impressed!! I am still a beginner skater, most rinks my husband and I visit are not so great for me. I often get ran into, knocked down etc. The skaters in Savannah were awesome, respectful and kind. The entire experience from the check in through the whole session was pleasant. The music was also prettY good. I want to thank the staff at Star Castle for your warm welcome to us and the local skaters for making my visit to Georgia great! Thanks again from Indiana.

We chose to have my daughter's birthday here this year and had a great time during our visit. We skated, played a round of laser tag and hit the arcade up. The staff was pleasant, the pizza was what you'd expect from a place like that and the cake came from Bakers Pride. I was overall pleased with the experience and so was my daughter which is what counts most.

Went for the first time to their Adult Night from 8:30PM – 11:30PM & off the rip the two women working the front were just plain rude and their demeanor was so off putting and unwelcoming. Same with the employees handing out roller skates, just rude and weirdly off putting with their attitudes. First impression was negative from just having to put up with the employees after I came in polite and minding my business. Other than that, the vibe was okay & fun, the music was bumpin in the rink.

Great birthday experience, only a couple small ideas that would be helpful for others but overall very pleased with the staff friendliness and attentiveness. For future parties, being able to announce it is time to eat in the party room would be helpful versus having to round up everyone on the skate floor and arcade by myself. Again, all the kids had a blast and so did the parents!

Laser tag would be better if it was more affordable. If you could buy a bracelet for it like you do for skating. It would also be nice to not have to chaperone kids who are old enough to be without their parent or guardian. Lastly - a better music selection would be great. Changing it up with different genres.

My daughter had such a wonderful birthday party! Ms Tonya was absolutely amazing at helping us and making sure we had everything we need! The room was very spacious. The kids loved the gentleman who helped with the laser tag. They all had a blast!!

Most of the staff is friendly. I would NOT recommend a kids party here. The cost is extremely to pricy for what you get. $240, for 1 hour to skate, cardboard pizza, melted cake and ice cream. I recommend they give the families atleast 2-3 hours for their party or tokens to play with at the arcade. The check out staff had a really bad attitude, they may have been short staffed, but the young man working in the kitchen and laser tagged worked very hard and needed help. A person standing at the door taking money had no reason to have that much attitude. She saw that we had a party and we were the last family in the star castle, she could have gave us our party bags and skating passes. I was told the owners were Jim and John. This needs to be addressed. I will not bring my family back to an unfriendly place. Hiring younger people that will have better attitudes with the crowd.
