Target

Horrible customer service this target has gone so down hill in the last year! I used to love shopping here but lately the employees including management have BEEN horrible. The manager Jennifer is no better and encourages the bad behavior and lack of professionalism.

Let me just start off my saying this. Around 3 o clock today, I wish I knew her name but unfortunately don’t. A worker added this adorable note on my starbucks drink and it completely made my day. I’ve never gotten that anywhere i’ve gone, so if you see this, please keep it up girl, you’re making a difference. Second thing, target is my favorite store. The employees are always kind and stay positive. Thank you for all that you do for us customers 💖

Target is a great alternative to the other budget shopping experiences. The other (non Target) stores in the area are not nearly as nice. On this day, we found the store bright and clean with the shelves fully stocked. There were many employees around to help us, and several of them greeted us warmly. Considering retail shopping is starting to get hectic with the holiday season, it was nice to see so many friendly (if masked) Target employees. Since we were doing our own Christmas shopping, we visited many of the departments within the store including electronics, toys, beauty, groceries and pet food. We were able to find everything we needed and do so much needed comparisons of video games. The check out lines were a bit longer than they normally are for 11 am during the week. However, there were multiple registers open. Additionally, a woman was helping to direct customers to the shortest lines. Consequently, we did not spen very long in line. The cashier was also friendly and her wild hair colors matched her outgoing personality. Overall, we had a great time shopping here. I just wish the parking lot was a little less hectic. The best move is to park at the far end of the lot and walk in. Not only do you get a little exercise, but you reduce the likelihood of some smashing into your car.

I received the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. The people at the customer service desk made it impossible to ask questions about the products I was looking for and instead of doing it politely, she was nasty and mean. I got no apology from the woman who was rude to me and furthermore the target team did nothing to make me feel better about this situation. If I were manager I’d make sure the customer doesn’t leave without closure.

Too much clutter. Prices are lame. No good deals. Cashier was extremely rude. I'll stick to Walmart

Dropped DEI and overall decline of respectful shoppers. This may as well be Walmart at this point

Nice clean store. Most things are well stocked. Everything is organized here. They have a nice selection of toys and collectables. Quiet store. Very pleasant shopping atmosphere. They have an awesome Starbucks in the front of the store.

Great experience with the employees & take their time to make sure you find everything you need, I enjoyed my visit today 😊 Will Definitely go Back
