Nice people here, usually find something nice to wear, Bealls, you could update this store a bit, keep it from looking like a goodwill. And bring in more of the, now clothes instead of the, last years outlet discards. You know?

I came in and while I was there, I saw this really sparkly butterfly mirror and I didn't purchase it immediately then.. I called later and Caleb answered and was super helpful! We came and grabbed it before we finished shopping and when we came back to check out, he made sure that we were the same people who called and that they didn't just set the mirror back on the floor. Very helpful. Thanks Caleb!!

Great prices but the cashiers are so slow and just rude never smile checking out takes so long ,because they are just so unhappy with there jobs ,its a shame customer service is gone here ask how are you today and just wow ,they need to retrain there cashier. It's worth the drive to go to the outlet malls not far away in vero really disappointed spent over 200 dollars and never going back

Nice store. Very clean. Not too crowded for Saturday afternoon either.

Only giving a 3 star because one customer service associate went out of her way to help me find a top to wear under a lace top however, the rest of the staff was snooty. I had an exchange, a purse that was too small. Purchased 2 weeks ago. Didn't have receipt nor did I keep the tags. I was told they would issue store credit. PERFECT! There was a stainless steel cup and dog shampoo I wanted. At the register I was asked to go grab an identical bag so they could scan the tags. Upon my return I was informed that they would not take the bag back because I didn't have proof I purchased it there. Normally I'd accept this but I have watched someone return items time after time after time that had nothing and if they were to actually pay attention I'm sure they'd find the stuff wasn't exactly what was purchased. So I was a little upset but this is a discount store so if it wasn't purchased there it would have been my loss because i was returning it for what I paid for it there and not the true retail amount before getting to their store. I left the cup and dog shampoo grabbed my bag and left. Dishonest people get away with everything while honest people get the boot all the time. Won't go back

Everything was good until I got to the cashier. The woman I’m pretty sure was new, but she was very rude. Didn’t even greet me, she acted annoyed that I was having to do a return as well. The customer service definitely lacks and whoever does hiring needs to look into this because it’s very unwelcoming.
