DTLR

I visited this DTLR for the first time today and found the store to be clean and well-organized. However, the level of service was disappointing. The staff, particularly the women working there, displayed a lack of professionalism. I browsed for shoes for about ten minutes without any acknowledgment or assistance. After selecting two pairs, I approached the counter to request a fitting. The young lady took my shoes but took around ten minutes to return with them. She informed me that I could try on only one pair due to the white interior of the other and then left without showing any genuine interest in making a sale. Additionally, I overheard an unprofessional conversation among the three ladies regarding staffing, which included inappropriate language.

Manager tranese is the absolute worst customer service worker I have ever dealt with. She always has a demeaning attitude towards me when I arrive at the store.the store is great when she is not there. I would never send s family member or friend to this store.

It's a girl named leora in there her attitude is not made for customer service i won't never go back there again they in there making up their own prices the store manager say one thing and they will do what they want instead smh

Couldn't even walk into the door and was turned away 😅 I just wanted to buy some slides, went to the Walmart next door and got it for (what I'm assuming) cheaper. Not even worth getting through the door.

October 30,2024 130pm both employees harassing me about unfolding the clothes. I told the girl with dreads/ braces that if I needed help that I would ask. Because she asked me two times prior and I said no thank you. Yall are here for a reason and that's to work. It doesn't make sense for yall to be complaining about folding clothes back up. How would I know if it's the right size and a design that I would want if I can't open the shirt. I planned to spend today but it won't be here. I chose to walk out. If they do this to me I know they're doing this to other people and would be customers are shopping somewhere else. Police must be parked outside for the workers harassing customers. Ill head to bold outfitters across the street.

I have spent thousands of dollars at this store. Not wanting support the chain brands like footlocker and finishline. I will never spend a dime in there again. That rude manager with them crusty lashes is who came from the back is an idiot because why she sold me just a week prior all because I didn’t want to take off my hoodie you could see my whole face. Just ghetto!!. This was really our go to store. This location was so much better when the other manager who we have not see him in a while was there. Take my hard earn money somewhere else!

I liked the vibe of the store when I walked in, however there was a short young lady there who had a “stank” look on her face, no greet just straight attitude. Customer service skills definitely needed . Other workers seemed nice

That light skin lady that I ASSUME is the Manager has a disgusting attitude! How on earth does she have a position here is beyond me. But I guess since this is a Urban culture company, this is expected huh?!?! We have to except low class, disgusting attitudes because the store targets black people huh? I was buying clothes for my teenaged son online and had to go in to store to remove security button that they left on it. They also did not send an item. So reluctantly I had to go to the physical store and be faced with even more frustration from they disgusting employee you have. Ghetto personality! Do better, black people deserve great customer service as well as nice quality items ! Disgusted!
