Just left... If I could give them zero stars, I would. Got hustled for $15 just by walking through the front door. Bought ("donated" to get) the coupon, selected from the brands included (& chose from the 40% off selection), only to be told at the register (from a rude Karen) that I would pay full price ($75 for a pair of cork wedges) unless I downloaded the Belk app on my phone and used that coupon. Really? What was the point of buying the coupon at the front door, and why is it marked in-store as 40% off? Why are you making your customers deal with all this bs just to get a fair price? No thanks, Belk. Expecting more from your customers than your team members is like just straight up asking us to go somewhere else to shop. Will do.

The best service i have experience in decades. I wish wrote her name down she help me from the make up corner to the shoe department. Absolutely 💯. She has a short name and was older she worked 11/18 th ?

My son and I went into this store to try to find a vest for his homecoming outfit. When my son went to ask the associate for help, he gave him a short answer and did not offer any further assistance. Just minutes before, the same associate was glad to help an older couple—to include helping them with sizing and the fitting room. As I teach my child how to act appropriately in public, being kind and respectful, it is very disappointing when he sees that associates profile and do not offer the same type of help.
