Not really happy with my team shirts, sadly... Uneven and not spaced correctly letters. And the names on the front are not as I had specifically asked for. Some are huge and others are smaller, and they are almost under the neckline instead of off to the side on the left. Yeah ... But really not happy at all!😒 Update Edit: So, after I wrote this review and gave two stars, Kenzie (from Big Frog) gave me a call right away. She was very concerned about my experience and offered right away to redo the entire order. She was super polite and professional. She worked with me to fix all the problems and concerns I had with my previous order. Once we agreed on the new graphics, she put a rush on the order to get them done by my original deadline... And even threw in a couple of hats with my design. The final product that I got was awesome! I couldn't be happier, so I have since changed my review from two stars to five stars😁 Thank you, Kenzie and Team for going the extra mile to make me a "Happy Camper!" ✌️😎

Our church family, Living Hope Church of Sarasota, loved the quality of shirts, professional service, and appreciated Big Frog's help with a pressing timeline (I had 4 days to work with). They went above and beyond and impressed this customer. I'm spreading the word!

From the very first conversation to the final pick-up, our experience with Big Frog was nothing short of amazing! We placed a custom order for T-shirts, and not only did they deliver on quality, but they went above and beyond in making the process enjoyable. What truly set this experience apart was the owner's *personal attention and genuine care*. They took the time to understand exactly what we envisioned. It’s rare these days to find a business where you feel like more than just a customer—you feel like a valued partner in the process. They could give a master class in Customer Service. Their professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction shine through in every detail. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Big Frog to anyone looking for that perfect combination of quality, service, and heart.

The entire staff was helpful for the whole process. Great prices, multiple style/brand selections, and the shirts and hoodie look great. They even helped me adjust some details of our logo to make sure the finished product was as desired!
