Great facility. Instructors and staff all super patient and friendly. Forget contacting them easily. Forget regualr updates on social media. Old school....turn up, book up...learn 💓 and you know what...it's ideal! Could do with a wee upgrade but honestly, ideal facility for learning. Saves a 70mile round trip to anywhere else.

Went tubing on Friday night with the kids, had a fantastic time, well done to Robert he held 5 tubes together to let myself, my sister and 3 grandkids go down together.

All staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. A big thank you to James who has been absolutely amazing at teaching our daughter (and us..). Also, thanks to Ian who’s always very accommodating with our times/days requests.

I learned here in primary 6 (a couple years ago), I had taken my son to hillend for lessons last year. He spent most of the lesson (which had around 8 people in it) standing around or in a queue for the lift. He got a lot more skiing done at Polmont and has come on in leaps and bounds (not sure of the skiing term for that). Just booking more lessons there. Staff were great and professional. Highly recommended

Went on Monday night as it is advertised as open until 9:30 however on arrival was told I couldn't go on as there is training on every Monday, wouldn't be that annoyed but the fact it says its open on Monday night is an absolute mick take. Won't be back.

This is an excellent place to learn to ski.I am a beginner at 64 and they couldn't be more patient and helpful.Ian,the manager,couldn't be more helpful.And my instructor,James,was extremely patient and clear in his instructions. I progressed further than I thought I would after my last lesson,which was 3 years ago.If you want to learn to ski,this is the place to go !!!.Ian Darroch.

Brilliant little ski centre had snow boarding lessons with the wife for a wee date night and the staff were so friendly and helpful plus our instructor was so nice and patient
