Urban Outfitters

Went in to look for a top, but couldn’t find it anywhere. A very polite staff member named Isabelle helped me look and was very kind throughout the whole process.

Went in to buy a white top, which ended up being a bit see through there for I decided to grab a white brallete to wear underneath. The top was advertised as on sale for £14 with this being a sticker on the label very clearly for this top. The brallete was correctly advertised as £14. Upon arriving to the check outs, which took a lot of strength as I have anxiety, my items where scanned and came to a grand total of £40 you do the maths! Turns out the top had been incorrectly labeled and was actually £26 which came to £23 with a student discount. I was clearly confused and was simply told that there is nothing that can be done. Once home I was informed by family that this is false advertising and I should have been given the discount. Can someone explain to me why just because I didn't understand I was sighed at and disregarded and quite frankly taken advantage of. I'm disgusted and feel like if the que was shorter and I was less anxious I would have been taken seriously, everyone should be taken seriously no matter what.

Urban outfitters has an amazing range of great and stylish clothes. However its quite expensive the quality is amazing and always have something you want

This shop is a disgrace! How much do you disrespect your customers if you think that this mess is acceptable?! Please keep in mind that these clothes aren't cheap (even at sale). And another thing I'd like to add is that this shop looks like this constantly. It's not a one-time thing! I keep giving UO chances with hopes that one day I will walk in a clean tidied up shop, but no. They always fail. They couldn't even bother about the clothes lying on the floor because they think their customers are so stupid they'll buy it anyway.

Went into the store today to pay, let the staff member at the till know about my student discount to which she was too busy talking to another staff member to then notice. Then continuing completely disregarding us and talking, so much so she forgot to scan an item (there were only two items), forgot if I wanted a bag or not and when I asked if that included student discount responded in a mocking tone “of course” to which the other member of staff laughed and also said “of course”. The rest of the interaction was extremely sarcastic from the member of staff at the till. To be honest, it’s extremely childish and unprofessional behaviour. Really unpleasant and uncomfortable environment.

My first ever visit to urban Outfitters, I've walked past often thinking it's for the very young! :-!) Bought 2 classic items at a ridiculously low sale price though would like to comment on the exceptional service I received. From an amazingly helpful girl when I entered the store guiding me to what I was looking for though most unforgettable was the experience on paying for my goods. The guy (from Livingston ) was a breath of fresh air in restoring my faith in how customer service within retail used to be though unfortunately now in many stores is entirely lost. This person was passionate within his role, so helpful and so very happy!!!! Look forward to my next visit as the shopping experience inspired me to revisit and tell my friends (also in their 50's) Many thanks!!!!!! Fiona

I love this store! I can rarely afford to buy anything in it, but I have bought more reasonably priced items from there in the past as a treat. It's one of those places where everything is desirable! The store itself is very spacious, laid out well and trendy looking, it's a nice place to hang out and browse. Wheelchair users be warned, the lift is on small side but should still be doable in most cases.

My 17 year old spends a fortune with this company. I get the chic urban store look, but whilst waiting patiently for her to spend £300, I thought .. wait a minute, this is Princes Street. I’m standing in what approximated to a dirty old warehouse. All concrete pillars exposed, but mounds of dust and fluff very evident. Not sure this is the look intended. In fact I’m certain.
