The moment we walked into this shop, we were met with judgmental stares from the two women behind the counter, making us feel extremely uncomfortable. I would love to know what their issue was with us. We were looking for a gift and instead of a friendly greeting or even basic politeness, we were ignored and made to feel unwelcome. The looks from the women weren’t just unhelpful but one lady in particular was scowling at us. No one asked if we needed help, and while I get that it was close to closing time, it costs absolutely nothing to be kind to people. A little customer service goes a long way-safe to say, we won’t be coming back.
