My other half bought me some trainers for Christmas which were unfortunately a bit small, so popped in last week to exchange them and the lad who served us (owner I think) could not have been more helpful. He found several different styles in a larger size so I was able to exchange with no problem whatsoever. Had a great chat and he clearly knows his stuff about brands and styles. I won't buy trainers from anywhere else now - what they have in stock is far superior to generic chain stores like Foot Locker. Please pay them a visit!

Would just like to say to Kurt don't post about bad experience and not really sharp if all you did was contact on FB if I developed a fault on trainers I bought I would go back to the shop the next day not message on Facebook that tells me you're lying thank you

Awesome range of rare trainers here that I doubt you’ll find anywhere else in one place! Really friendly and helpful staff member (could’ve been owner?) as well. Knows his stuff! If you are into trainers in any way - Highly recommend!

Great selection of products that you can't find anywhere else and top quality service every time I buy from here. Staff went out of their way to go to their warehouse to find the T-shirt I was after and were able to find it in my size. Have bought from both the pop-up in Derbion and online and both times I was highly impressed with the service I received. Staff are extremely friendly in person and on social media and highly knowledgeable about their products. These guys always go the extra mile to ensure every customer leaves 1NE satisfied and I would highly recommend you pay them a visit if you're in the locality as this level of service is some of the best around. 10/10

Loved the trainers I brought, but developed a fault after the first day. Tried to contact them via FB and email but no reply to either. Wouldn't recommend on this basis. Poor customer service after initial purchase
