Good range of shoes, however after paying for my purchase at the checkout I went to leave the store when a security tag in my bag sounded. I turned round to return to the checkout only to see a different assistant running toward me. We went to the till where she looked at me menacingly while checking my shopping. As this was a Newport IOW store error, not mine I should have been treated more politely and given an apology but no, I was treated like I was a shoplifter and not given the benefit of doubt, she then handed the bag back as if it was my fault. I hope the management see this, very poor service.

Mum and I shop here since it opened in Newport isle of wight 2023. Referring to your excellent service given to my mother when she returned her faulty shoe. She was given a new pair of shoes in place of her faulty shoes soon as she showed fault. The service received was commendable. We will be looking forward to buying more footwear and bags can't wait for summer season of shoe and bags from Susan clark and Caroline Barton

She was helpful without being overbearing, polite without being condescending and friendly without going overboard. Wheelchair accessible entrance with manually opened big doors. Wheelchair accessible throughout. Clean tidy and modern. Shoes on display with boxes there to find your size. Good range of brand names and their own brands which are good value. Friendly staff.

Terrible customer service at the store today! I had a problem with a pair of Skechers I recently purchased which I believed was due to the coating they put on. I was advised yesterday to pop in and see the Manager. The manager refused to come down and look or even see me and I left the store in floods of tears.
