Print My Tops

Supplied 35 tops for a Hen Party, the logo was designed elsewhere and uploaded to website with no issues, lots of sizes available, before print there was a check to ensure I was happy with the placement. Tops arrived very quickly considering there were 35 of them. All looked good and nice quality. Would definitely use Print My Tops again. Thank you

Sister ordered 21 tops online picked the website using the options on their drop down menus We received them and they are fine two tops were small so I ordered another two in the correct sizes again on the website using the same choices my sister made and then they were delivered Wrong size print Wrong layout Wrong colours Contacted them on WhatsApp to be told that if I told them it was part of another order they would have matched it even though my sister and I both ordered direct on website using the exact same options I was then told they don’t offer refunds but would only offer a refund for the one they printed the wrong colour even though both were different

I picked this company over another because they had a lot better reviews and not as expensive. The delivery was fast. They even called to let me know an issue with my order which they then changed the delivery to next day with no charge. I can't wait for my boys to wear their matching tops. My only issue is the smallest top does seem to be slightly darker then the others including the wording but its not noticeable.

Bought a shirt for an event! Used it once and on the first wash the print began to peel and a hole appeared under the arm. The company refused to do anything saying it was over three months. (Even though it was explained it was first use). They then insulted me saying Now I had used it I no longer wanted it! There were two t-shirts ordered only one was a problem so this was obviously not the case. I would say avoid this company as the customer service is non existent. Not good quality shirts or print either!

Absolutely amazed by this company. By far the best company I have ever ordered from online. I have never bought anything personalised for my boys before and it was my first experience… and how outstanding it was. The material quality and sizes of the T-shirt’s is perfect. Whilst ordering I asked if I could personalise the back of the T-shirt’s with their names. And if so I am happy to make an additional payment. I received the T-shirt’s without an extra cost within 5 days of ordering. I am so one happy customer. Will always use this company if I require such services in the future. Thank you

If I could I would not give any stars! My logo came printed off centre. I stated this via an email, an hour after I had approved this and I was too late to get it fixed. No one at this company had read my email telling them this until the day I called to let them know! I can not return and get a refund because my t-shirts are personalised. I am not a happy customer and this is something I do not normally do. Edit: Yes, I know the design was off centre but I stated to you this fault, shortly after I'd said OK. And, like you informed me today, you had not read or even seen my email telling you this until I called you today to make the complaint. I just assumed as no one had replied to my email you had made the changes.

Wanted t shirts made friends theme for me and my wife for our first wedding anniversary I went on site to live chat through whats app I got an immediate reply, I explained what I wanted and they created it and showed me a pic of what it would look like so I could see it before I ordered it. I placed the order and received my delivery within a couple of days. Extremely happy with the. Service and product , they are great quality, true to size and wash well and I would recommend to anyone.
