Impossible Kicks

I have visited this location several times now and have always stopped myself from writing a review to leave something negative, but this is the place to leave reviews, good or bad. Staff starts to be inviting but after they check in with you once, they don't check back in again. They’re either talking with their coworkers or on their phones. Staff has also bashed other (online)stores about their authentication and service which shouldn't happen unless warranted. Selection used to be vast when they first opened but now has started to dwindle. For value of the product is way overpriced. Other stores have their items half that price. I understand it's a reseller and you have to make your money back but please stop trying to milk your customers of their money, it's horrendous.

I went in person to the store location and ordered a pair of fuchsia pink, new balance and sneakers in a size 7.5 for $250 I left my name number and address and was told that I was going to receive a phone call which I never did. It’s been almost over a month and I’ve been calling and calling and calling emailing and emailing and emailing and nobody has responded. And I still have not received my sneakers!!!!!! Can someone please reach out to me?

Everyone here is talking about getting scammed or the pricing. But to add on to that, the employees are disrespectful. Hark! Gather ye round and heed this grievous tale. Upon venturing into yon dodo’s shoppe, seeking naught but sturdy footgear to shield mine ample soles, I was met not with courtesy, but scorn most vile. The knaves behind the counter, with mirth unbecoming of their station, did jest and jape at the breadth of mine boots, likening me to court jesters and giants of lore. Ne’er have I been so rudely mocked in all my wanderings. Mayhaps they think their trade lies in folly and not in fair commerce. I pray thee, avoid this den of mockery, lest ye too be made a fool for the measure of thine feet. Thy minstrels mock me for saving a coin

Cool shoe store. Prices are a little steep, but that is to be expected will all re-sale stores. Nice selection nonetheless

Bought there my dream shoes, excellent customer service , prices are reasonable

I went in to invest in my first official pair of Nikes and they took care of me start to finish. Can’t wait to go back!!

Sold them a few pairs and then was specifically asked about a pair, went out my way to get them another pair after I Specifically asked if they needed more pairs. Long story short got to the store walked in was told didn’t need them anymore, Just got a big shipment this morning,After I just told him I was coming less than a half hour ago and he gave me a heart on my msg. Just for me to drive there and turn me away. Horrible business.

One of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. I walked into this store, and was instantly greeted by workers and owners like they were my best friends. Crazy great selection. If you are looking for a pair of Jordans, go to this store. Ask for Wayne, but they were all great.
