Nike Well Collective

Good selection of sneakers. I liked the layout of the store just thought it was a little expensive compared to the mall or buying from Nike online

My son is a size 15 in mens. It's next to impossible to find shoes that fit him at other stores. We were fortunate enough that someone recommended giving this store a try. They had one of the shoes he wanted in stock and the other pair available online (and on sale!). The gentleman who assisted us was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Such a pleasant experience!

My husband and I went there last night at 7:06 PM to do a return (both Google and their answering machine says that they close at 8 PM). The doors were locked but the lights were on and you can see at least two employees in there. My husband starts knocking on the glass door to get someone's attention to come to the door. The employee's just look at him from the back of the store, annoyed, and wave their hand in a motion to show that they are closed, then went about their business. It was 15°F outside and they didn't even have the decency to open the door and talk to us. We then go back to the car and I call the store to see if they'll answer, and to see what's going on. They answer and say that they close at 7 PM but Google and their phones haven't updated to their normal hours from the holiday hours. They did not offer an apology for the confusion, wasting our time or making us wait in the freezing cold at all. We would not have shown up at all if their hours posted were accurate, so please fix it soon if you are reading this Nike!

From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted quickly by Griffin, who was friendly and understood my situation. He handled an item return and reorder quickly and efficiently while preserving my military discount and gift card payment. He explained the process with patience and I was finished in less than 5 minutes. Fantastic experience!!

Not the best experience, overall. I want to note this was also based on a previous order in the year, but Google maps suggested I review and this stuck out to me enough to provide feedback. I came in to pick up my Online order from the night before. I wandered throughout the store, and already searched through all the displays,finding what I wanted before I was even greeted for 10+ min, but I waited for the associates to finish their conversation. One associate was on his off day coming from the gym/ shopping talking about purchasing an Apple Watch for his girlfriend while the other was on her shift working. When they finally finished she asked if I was all set and I mentioned I had an in store pick up for my online order I placed the night before. She brought an order out, handed it to me and said I was all set. I’m glad I opened them to try on because they were huge. Turns out there were two orders with same first name (although different spelling) so I was handed someone else’s online order without confirming ID or order number. Not a great experience at all, but I honestly didn’t have any better expectation. I am happy there’s a retail location to try shoes on and see them in person, but customer service is sub par as with most modern clothing retailers focusing on this product type.

I love this store the employees are the nicest and are very professional people.

Horrible customer service!!! Wanted to try different shoes and sizes. I was given 1 pair and then waited for a long time to be checked on to see how it was going. At least 3 workers were standing talking while I waited. You have ONE job. Do that please. If you must stand around talking at least do it when you don’t have customers who want your help!!
