I bought a snowboard listed as 171 cm, but they sent me a 152 cm board. When I reasonably pointed out the mistake, they told me it was my fault and claimed they don’t even have the 171 cm size. I returned the item, Never used their snowboard, as soon as it arrived we returned it. and they deducted $60 from my refund. Terrible service, terrible seller.

great staff, came in at 2pm needing a board sharpening and wax before closing at 6pm and they were able to do it in no time with quick turn around. They did an amazing job on my board and it completely improved my next few days on the mountains, thank you!

Very knowlegeable staff who are happy to spend as much time with you as needed to match you with the gear best suited for you. No hard sell just good people. We purchased boots, used them a couple of days and were able to ship them home for free.

Super happy with my experience here. I walked in and I was immediately greeted by Ryan who is a really cool dude. He had me booted and boarded in just a few mins. Had a really chill conversation about mountain runs and he helped me navagate through the ski maps, super informative and helpful. One of my most pleasant person to person experiences I've had since my flight landed. Ryan is definitely one of a kind. It's these once on a while random encounters with people that make traveling worth it.

Went in looking for a board and left one happy dude. Nick was super helpful in choosing a board that was perfect for me and my ride style. He asked what I wanted to do with it and steered me towards what was right for me and my price range. Definitely check this place out! Edit: went back again to buy bindings, and the review holds up. Still a 5/5 shop

Another level. That is what you get at Divide. Nick, the owner, is super knowledgeable in all facets of riding from park to split boarding. I have bought a couple boards, some gloves, goggles and can't remember the rest. Always on point with advise and recommendations. Never been steered wrong. When he is not in the shop there is always somebody solid to get my questions answered. I have called his shop my local shop ( I'm in TX) for years and just wanted to give him some review love after he hooked me up with a new set of Drake Supersports. Bomber binding BTW!!! Can't go wrong stepping into his shop.
