I recently encountered a situation where they mislabeled an item, and it was not addressed with the appropriate respect. The representative,. Carlos Sotelo, displayed an attitude that seemed dismissive and unprofessional. Despite my attempts to explain the error, he acted as if it were my fault. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's customer service standards. I hope they can take steps to improve their handling of such situations in the future. I was unable to purchase the product today. The counterperson was kind enough to try and price match, but Carlos denied all but 1. If you can do 1 of product, why not all?

I came onto the store extremely stressed and in a rush. An employee( I think his name was Nate in the produce section) immediately answered all my questions quickly and pointed me in the right direction. Needless to say, this was the best target experience I've ever had. Employees are super kind and really know their stuff. I'm definitely coming back

I asked the cashier if the item I was purchasing could be price adjusted to match the 50% off price at the Castle Rock store, since Castle Rock was sold out. She called her manager Daniel to assist us, and he was AWFUL! I fully acknowledged that I could drive over to Castle Rock and have them fix it for me if I absolutely had to. I was SO polite and respectful. And this man gave me nothing but condescension and an attitude problem. He said he would be willing to honor it JUST THIS ONCE BUT IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN!!! And as I was trying to sincerely thank him, he stormed off while I was mid sentence. I will absolutely never shop with Daniel in Parker again, and I’ll be calling corporate to report his behavior.

The manager Natasha or something like that is her name.OMG super rude ,even her face all.meam, instead to explain me nicely that I have to process a return in customer service and not with the cashier, she just look at me soo mad and told me that I have to go customer service which is ol, but her tone, her attitude, extremely rude and nasty. Is you don't like to work in customer service ,get another job!! So please if the team leader I think his name is Dave or David is reading this, you can't have someone like that working with customers please!!!!

BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM TARGET!!! My wife purchased a Home Depot gift card for Christmas for me here, which turned out to be unusable. We initially suspected fraud - which has apparently become a major issue with gift cards - but after five different visits/phone calls between Target and Home Depot (totaling 4+ hours) we discovered the problem was actually due an issue with Target not properly activating the card. Despite having a receipt with an activation code, Target flat out refused to address their mistake or honor the purchase. The managers were completely useless, simply shrugging and saying they were "unsure what to do." A complete customer service fail, Target.

We went to optical store today and wanted to fix my daughter’s glasses Dhipanee helped us even though she was working late and it’s time to close the store ,she was very generous.

Nothing like getting all the way to the register to discover they can’t bother to put the right product over the right price. And only Target could be out of water…

This company no longer accepting checks? I had heard that but didn't believe it. True, and was a problem for me without a credit card or cash. I had the proper ID and history of writing checks at the store before. .
