Hot Topic

No fitting rooms so I had to buy something just to go to another store in the mall to try it on. Also had to give email and phone number just to make a purchase in order to make a return. The staff was helpful but the store as a whole was just a pain in the neck.

I drive 40 minutes to come to THIS Hot Topic. They even know me at this point. Today I got suddenly faint and I had to sit down. They fetched my partner for me and gave me their water. These guys are cool.

I went in on a Wednesday afternoon looking at t-shirts. I was helped by a lovely young lady named Anne. She asked if I needed help and if I was looking for a specific anime t-shirt. She was very polite and friendly, smiled the entire length of our conversation. She did not have to be as helpful and friendly as she was but went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great experience at her store! If anyone deserves 5 stars it’s her!

I gotta say this place is incredible, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and go above and beyond to help you find just what you need. The store is well stocked and very clean, and the music they play is a nice break from the music they play in the mall. If you haven’t been then you are missing out on a great place to shop, and yo find that hard to shop for teenager.

My wife was told she couldn’t return an unopened item but could exchange it, so she picked out some things to exchange with but then the manager cried about it and said she couldn’t have anything. It’s so unfortunate to see inept leadership.

Good selection and clean. Kind staff. Hard to find the store and if you ask other staff members in the mall, a majority of them also don't know where it is located but know it exists.

I don’t like to write negative reviews but Yesterday I went to the store to ask for a refund for a toy that my son didn't want and one of the unpleasant employees with bangs who helped me told me that she was not going to give me my money back ($9 dollars) even though the receipt says that customer satisfaction is guaranteed and that changes or returns could be made with the receipt. The truth is that I left very upset because I think she was very rude and did not follow her company's policies. The toy was not in clearence either, meaning it could have been exchanged but because she was not doing me a favor or because she was racist she said no. I will not return to that store, the service that this woman gave me it was awful.

The employees of the store aren’t even aware of their own promotions. Very dismissive and unhelpful as well. I had a terrible experience in the store thanks to the uncaring staff.
