Foot Locker

My son and I went in for some J's and the associate was very helpful in setting us up with shipment to my home since his size was oos. She needs a raise and not to mention was very gorgeous lol.....well then I received the shoes which were used with crease lines in the toes and by the heel. $200 for used shoes it's absolutely trash!

It is asinine that footlocker forces customers to provide an email to obtain a receipt. It's abusive to people who don't utilize email, advantageous to obtain emails to sell or spam, and outright a ugly practice. The staff were helpful so the one star is for the corporate bullies that made the decision to force email receipts

The store was ok I bought 3 pairs of Jordans,the police come in the store 5 minutes after I got there ,after paying for the shoes foot locker staff had me searched when I was leaving because I have a surgical device on my side of stomach,,it was embarrassing,,unreal I had to lift my shirt in front of everyone terrible experience after spending 300 dollars in the store your staff is stupid real stupid they stood by me the whole time I was there ,they should not be in any kind of customer service they shouldn't work at all not with people they are stupid I will be making a complaint,to foot locker corporate office this happened at park Meadows,the two girls was the worst

Awful experience. Barely any customer service. I needed shoes for my daughters basketball game, and the workers barely helped. They knew they had limited stock and had me find each shoe that would fit her instead of offering any shoe size that would fit her. They don’t help with shoe fittings. They just stare at you as you struggle to get the shoes out of the box to get them on your child while you juggle other children. Manager should be ashamed of the lack of support they offer and the glacial pace they move. Two thumbs down, I wish I had more thumbs. Workers need to be trained to actually support the customers instead of people watching.

We’ve been here twice and both times had great customer service. We had to return some things for a larger size today. Laura found the size we needed and arranged for it to be mailed to us since it wasn’t in stock and we live far away from this location. We were already thrilled about that, since we loved the color and didn’t want to just return it since it was too small. But then she gave us a discounted price, because the item is now on sale, and refunded the difference. We really appreciated that. The other staff were also friendly and attentive on both visits. Thank you for a great shopping experience .

Went into this Location to exchange some shoes I bought from out of town. Joni the manager was so helpful she didn’t have my size but said don’t worry I will call another store for you! She called a store and they had my size there just had to go pick them up at the Aurora store the manager there Danny helped me no questions asked ! Both these managers get a 10 Star if you had a ten star! Thanks so much to Joni and Danny for taking care of me. I definitely will be back to see Joni for my next pair of shoes

Good selection but no inventory and service sucks. Gone are the days when they helped you try on shoes. Now they just hand you the box and expect you to lace them, try them on, and box them back up and then seemingly get a commission. Customer service is dead.

I will stop by this store from time to time when I have time to kill. Usually the staff is very helpful, however when I went in today there was a taller guy (didn't get his name, short brown hair) that greeted me. I walked past him and could hear him say "that guy comes in here every day and he never buys anything!" I have made purchases here before, brought in business for them, and I'm a member of their rewards program. I'm not going to do the typical "I'll never shop here again" but I do hope that management shows their employees how they should behave on the sales floor. Especially with a competing business right upstairs. You should never complain about someone willing to spend money in your store.
