BC Surf & Sport @ Lonetree

Review for BC Surf and Sport - Lone Tree My experience at BC Surf and Sport in Lone Tree was not only embarrassing but deeply upsetting. I was excited to get some brand-new gear and had chosen this store to spend my hard-earned money, aiming to pick out high-quality items. My wife and I went on a Sunday night, knowing the store was closing soon. We quickly gathered about $2,000 worth of gear, eager to finalize our purchase and leave without causing the staff any inconvenience. However, what started as an exciting shopping trip turned into an ordeal. As we were checking out, the staff became noticeably rude and insisted on seeing my wife’s ID, which she had left in the car. While she went to retrieve it, we were suddenly met by Lone Tree police. To our shock, the store had called the police on us for being “suspicious.” Apparently, spending cash on clothes at their store is enough to raise red flags. I had to go out of my way to prove to the police that I had the funds to make the purchase and had done absolutely nothing wrong. Even after I cleared that up, I felt harassed, as though they were trying to find a reason to accuse me of something. The entire experience was humiliating, not to mention completely unnecessary. Instead of being treated like a valued customer, I was treated like a criminal for no reason. After this ordeal, I was so angry that I decided I no longer wanted anything this store had to offer. I walked away, and I will never go back. I will tell everyone I can about how poorly I was treated here. If this is how BC Surf and Sport handles customers willing to spend thousands of dollars, I can’t imagine how they treat others. Shop here at your own risk, but as for me, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

There's nothing to surf. There are skateboards, shorts, T-shirts, helmets, but there is nothing to surf. Don't waste your time looking for a surfboard. Company name doesn't work

This place is amazing. I drop my boards to get worked on and they always do a solid job. Malakai does an amazing job. I won’t go anywhere else. The staff is helpful, friendly and always willing to have a convo. I totally appreciate you guys and thank you.

Super friendly/helpful staff. Mikey took a bunch of time getting me fitted to bindings and answering plenty of other questions

Great quality clothing. High prices are what you pay for high quality. There are some reviews on here that would do good to remember that.

These guys are the absolute best to buy from. They are total pros and really know their product. Great gear, exceptional service and very fair prices -- there is no reason to ever shop anywhere else. They've been setting up every member of my family for years and have earned customers for life!
