Ramiro, one of the managers was so helpful with helping me put together an outfit for family pictures and others. He was so thorough and gave me several recommendations. He was very kind and knowledgeable. The store is very clean, and organized, and it’s easy to tell Ramiro is a strong leader among his staff.

We attempted to go in and exchange a pair of jeans bought not that long ago. We couldn’t find the receipt and just wanted a pair of jeans in exchange. No money back or a more expensive pair for free, just an even exchange. The return policy online and on the receipts states if you are unhappy with a purchase that you can get an exchange or refund. If no receipt provided then you can get the current selling price. Well when an item has a defect from production that doesn’t hold up, and how American Eagle seems to stand by their jeans, but then allows customer to be treated so poorly when all they are trying to do is swap them, is a joke. Jenn who was on register around 2:30pm on 4/14/24 was so rude and unhelpful and she clapped back and talked back to us. She definitely did not match the profile of someone who should work in customer service. I worked for the company for 9+ years and know how to take care of customers and make sure they are satisfied. She definitely did not meet that expectation.

Hannah, the manager on 12/12/24 around 6:00 pm was extremely rude. When we politely asked if our online order was ready, she responded in a condescending and mocking tone, as if our simple question was beneath her. Later, when we returned to pick up our order, the moment we stepped through the door, she practically shoved the order at us with an attitude before walking off. Her behavior was very unprofessional and left us second guessing the brand and leaving feeling unwelcomed. I understand if she was having a bad day, but it shouldn’t be projected onto the customers.

Customer service is unprofessional from going to the fitting room to checking out. The young girls work at this location are too busy talking on their head sets and giggling instead of listening to customers needs. Took them a while to get me into a fitting room and there wasn’t a line. Once I got to check out they ask for email or phone and she couldn’t get any information correct. Not sure what was going on and just wanted to check out and leave. Just wanted to leave this review because it took longer than needed and make the customers feel uncomfortable Turing around and talking on there head sets as if their talking about you or to busy with a personal conversation.

Had an awful experience with a staff member at the fitting rooms. Talked in such a condescending way to me when It was literally my first time stepping in the store. Safe to say I won't ever be coming back. Hire less condescending and rude staff. Hope her shoes get pissed in. Looking at other reviews seems like this a systematic problem with this location. Buy jeans somewhere where they treat you like an adult.

Worst location to shop at, the managers treat their staff horrible. I went in one day and over heard the manager, Grace, talking to an associate and would not give her a break. Probably happens to the whole staff. From how the managers run their store to the way i hear them talk about customers behind their backs is COMPLETELY inappropriate. Their HQ should step in and fix this locations staffing starting with the managers.

I had an awesome experience today from Shealan she helped pick out shorts and it was a breeze! Left the store with new pair of shorts that fit perfect and happy customer!! Thank you SHEALAN! She is a gift to this store. MANAGER PROMOTE HER :)
