This updated Finish Line is very nice. Big store with quite a few shoes to select from. The gentlemen who helped me were on their shoe selling game! Check dates on the app. for dates as retros are in slim selection. I would like to see them carry more clothing and apparel.

I've had 2 horrible experiences after going in 2 times ! Both times were the worst customer service. I will not set foot in a store that does not provide courteous service ! I'll spend my money elsewhere! I was scoffed at and snarled at for asking to try on shoes of different sizes and treated like crap, never will I go back. When I went back for a refund, again , I was treated poorly ! No thanks ! DONE !

Staff and manager (?) on duty were very nice. Bought one pair and ordered another online (no s&h). Both shoes were significantly discounted compared to MSRP. Would return to buy more shoes. Salesperson: 0389983, cashier: 0416322.

The store manager Yancy was exceptional with the issue I was having getting in touch with customer service. From going above and beyond to allow us to leave with a great experience, his follow through overall amazing customer service. A great experience at this store thanks to Yancy and his great leadership skills.

Purchased shoes online and went into the store to exchange them for a smaller size. You would think this is a simple task, but no. The store was absolute chaos. The volume was insanely loud and couldn’t even communicate with the employees, which all seemed to just be running around and no one completed a task. One of the worst run stores I’ve ever been to.
