Friendly service from the cashier, but the manager was weird and did not even try to convey any empathy. 30 minutes before closing I wanted to try on a few items that I ordered online. The store was empty. She refused. Said it’s their policy, which seems falsely advertised on the website when you check store hours.

It was busy when i went and it took forever to check out. I asked an employee, kairee, where i could find a certain skirt i saw online and she rudely snapped at me and said they didnt have it. When i asked her if she could check the back she rolled her eyes and walked away. I left after this because how rude!

Very bad experience with checkout and returns. Bunch of kids at the register , not sure of store policies and no etiquettes at all. They couldn’t even identify of the purchase was made at the store or online even though we handed over the receipt to them. The I had to show the store name and location in the receipt to convince them.

Absolutely horrific experience, went into this store after a hollister store employee out of state forgot to remove a security tag off a shirt my 14 year old son had purchased with his greenlight card. We were flying back to Colorado that same day and did not have time to go back to the store the item was purchased in. My son did not have a receipt but I had proof of the purchase on his green light app. The young man working the counter was friendly and going to remove the tag no problem when a rude woman claiming to be the store manager came over and said not without a receipt. I had my son present his card which showed the item was in fact purchased. Not a single sorry for the inconvenience of having to bring the item back was offered after we stood waiting in line with 7 young children. I asked for this woman’s name and was told “we don’t give out that information.” I’m sorry what? Never in my life have I heard of a manager saying we don’t give out the names of so called “managers” to customers..? This woman was incredibly rude and short and I do not appreciate being treated as though myself or my son stole this overpriced t shirt. Never again Hollister will I support you after how you made my family feel today.

the manager here was very rude about the sales, and it’s false advertising. they have signs up for $15 t shirts but didn’t specify what kind, and they all look the same. she was arguing back and forth with me over a simple question because of something messed up on their side.

The staff at this store goes above and beyond for the customer. I showed up at closing time one night and the manager even kept the store open for me to shop around for about 30 minutes. I never felt rushed, and the staff happily assisted me throughout my experience. Most people would've locked the doors before I ever had a chance to get inside.

My daughter loves the clothes, new pants are a bit pricey. But the fit of the clothes is great. Always super busy, it takes us atleast 30 minutes just to get into the dressing room.

My daughter and ex get their pants from here. The store is always organized and clean. No wait for the dressing rooms. Great selection of clothes and lovely customer service.
