Target

I had a really disappointing experience at Target. The staff was unhelpful and seemed annoyed when I asked for assistance. I waited at customer service for over 20 minutes, and no one acknowledged me. When someone finally showed up, they were rude and didn’t seem interested in solving my issue. Definitely not the level of service I expected.

I rarely shop for clothes in any store but today I had the pleasure of meeting Susan in womens fitting room area. She was so wonderful and helped me find a dress, and a bra and also a light sweater to go over. She went above and beyond and ran from one department to the other to help me put the best outfit together. She was so friendly and professional and she did this while still performing her duties of putting clothes back on the floor and getting people into the fitting room. Thank you Susan from Fort Collins target I certainly hope you are recognized for all that you do!

This is my neighborhood target, and i've been going here since I was really little. Today I was at target buying things for a new apartment, so I had a lot of items, and my cashier was a very kind young man with brown hair and had a disabled arm. I didn't see this when I asked him to wrap my lots of dishes, but he kindly tried to wrap them anyway and overall had amazing service. When i was checking out, a man near me said he was selling some furniture on facebook marketplace. I got distracted, totally my fault, and started to chat with the guy for max 30 secs, holding up the line a bit. when i was walking away, i heard another cashier, presumably a manager, snapping at the young man who helped me, telling him he wasn't scanning fast enough, and that he was doing non-compliance and to turn his light off, and I think she said she would write him up. Keep in mind there were three or four people behind the guy I was talking to so she basically shut down the whole line. The young man looked really sad, and the whole thing was heartbreaking to watch honestly. The hold up was completely my fault, not his. The manager who snapped at him was a young woman, had long light brown hair, smaller build, and dark eyeliner. I really hope somebody talks to her about being kinder to the workers because it was very hard to watch.

I don’t usually write reviews but I’m so disgusted by my experience here today. While shopping with my daughter I began to notice the same man walk by and stare at us throughout each area we went to. After 5 or 6 times I realized it was a security person in regular clothes. The last time I saw him he had a walker talkie and was staring us down from another section almost like he was scoping us out. I stopped what I was doing and stood there and glared at him and that was the last time we saw him. The girl working self check stared at us as we checked out which was fine but after paying as we went to put all of our bagless items in the cart she walked over to my daughter and rudely asked if we had paid for those things and took the receipt and looked through it. After seeing we had indeed paid for everything she changed her attitude and started trying to be nice and make small talk. She didn’t stop one other person or check any other receipts while we had been there. I’ve never been profiled or followed in a store like that before. Walmart will now be getting all my business. I will never set foot in another Target again and will discourage everyone I know from spending money at a place that treats customers like this.

This is a solid location. Well stocked, good customer service and it’s giant. Just a heads up; they don’t open up extra lanes during high traffic times. So it gets congested and it can be a spell before you check out.

Bathroom wasn't great but it's too be expected with Public Bathrooms The store it's self seems relatively well stocked rn tho so that's always good There were scanners!! Massive plus

Long line to check myself out. If you’re gonna make me check myself out, at least make it convenient

Compared to the Target on College, this location is far cleaner, and has far more attentive staff. Being a Super Target, there is also a large grocery section. Be aware, this location is currently undergoing renovations, so you may have a hard time finding some products, as the layout of the store has temporarily been adjusted.
