I recently worked with Chroma Apparel for a large uniform order for the company I work for, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. While there was a miscommunication about timing due to their holiday closure, Chroma was quick to apologize and did everything possible to expedite the order. We received nearly everything we ordered shortly after, despite the size of our order. When I picked up the beanies, I noticed the color was wrong, but Chroma immediately corrected the issue and even gave us the incorrect ones for free—40 beanies at no charge! They also went above and beyond with customer service, covering the cost of printing for a few extra shirts we needed and replacing a lost shirt at no additional charge. Taylor and the team were professional throughout, and we are thrilled with the final products. We’ll definitely be returning for future apparel needs! I highly recommend their services!

We needed to order custom shirts with less than 2 weeks of notice and Chroma was able to help us with the short turnaround, they had great customer service, and our shirts turned out wonderfully. The colors in our logo can be tricky but Dan and his team were able to print them accurately and they looked vivid against the black shirts. Really looking forward to working with Chroma again, would highly recommend using them.
