Zumiez

I had a terrible experience at this store. I was accused of stealing by the staff, which was not only embarrassing but completely unfounded. I felt discriminated against, especially being a woman of color. I would like to mention that the manager was a white woman with blonde hair. I had been a loyal customer and was shocked by the lack of professionalism and courtesy. The thing they accused me of stealing was still inside their store. The staff didn’t even take the time to listen to my side of the story. I won’t be returning and would advise others to be cautious if they value their dignity. Avoid this place!

I recently visited Zumiez and was appalled by the behavior of the staff. I witnessed two girls being harassed and accused of theft despite having done nothing wrong. The staff was not only rude but also unprofessional, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone in the store. This experience left a bad taste and made me question the store's commitment to customer service. I won’t be returning.

I had an extremely disappointing and humiliating experience at this store, where I was wrongfully accused of theft by the manager with no evidence. The accusation was made harshly and was clearly based on my skin color. This blatant racial profiling is both offensive and unacceptable. I was publicly embarrassed and treated with disrespect, all without any justification. If you are not white, I would strongly advise against shopping here, as the environment feels hostile and discriminatory. I am reaching out to the store’s HR department to report this incident, and I sincerely hope management takes the necessary steps to address this kind of behavior to prevent future occurrences.

Lauren was so amazing to me and my family! Very unsure about what my daughter needed for her first skateboard and she was very helpful in answering all my questions. She even helped my daughter learn how to change her own wheel out! Very grateful for the experience and help! Will be back for sure. 10/10!

I’ve come to find out that this store has racist employees working here. My friends were wrongfully accused of stealing and when they tried to give their story they were shut down immediately. There was in-fact no items stolen this was clearly an act of racism and this should not go unnoticed!

Katie at Zoomies was so helpful! we came in today to get a full set up and she nothing but helpful! really recommend this location!

I went into the store after visiting another Zumiez. The manager at this citadel location was incredibly personable and very sweet. She helped me out getting the stuff I needed to skate that day. I work in customer service and have very high standards, and my standards and expectations were well exceeded. Thank you so much, I recommend anyone in the area to stop by.

This 5 star review is strictly as the result of Courtney's extraordinary customer service, she went above and beyond to make sure that my nieces had matching shoes even tho they was indecisive at times. Her patience along with a great attitude was a welcoming experience. As a business owner I found myself thinking I need her on my team!
