I placed an order for an xl hoodie with a picture on the front and a picture on the back with a quote from the new Suzanne Collins book “Sunrise on The Reaping” on March 27, 2025 at night. It was Ready for Pickup March 28, 2025. I picked it up on March 29th, 2025. They had EXCELLENT customer service and were exceptionally fast with my order!! The hoodie was in superb condition and it was exactly how I envisioned it. The gentleman who did the font on my hoodie chose an great font. My entire purchase was $53.86!! Money well spent and I will be returning soon for more!! I highly recommend this place to ANYONE looking for excellent service!!

Recently came in with a order for hoodies for my daughters cheer gym, Juana was super patient and brought my vision into fruition with her mock-ups! So excited to see the final results (will upload more photos once we receive) What I love most is her communication! She is very detailed oriented and I am so happy to find a shop locally that caters to their clientele wants and needs! Again I am so very excited to see the final results and I just know the girls will be OVER THE MOON! I would also like to add that her shop is neat clean orderly with TONS OF STOCK!!

Very artistic and creative! One simple call to discuss ideas and they crafted a beautiful design! Everything shipped quickly, great quality, and exactly what was ordered!

Mistakes happen, we’re all human and I understand that. However, this company is incapable of owning up to their mistakes and instead pushes the blame on customers. For context, my coworkers (who include active duty service members, disabled veterans, and civilian federal employees) and I placed a large order for custom t-shirts. They were given our desired design, which included the correct spelling of the word “dedicated”. They had to tweak the design and when they did so they spelled it incorrectly, as “deticated”. The email submitted to my coworker with the revised design included a small picture of the shirt where the misspelling was hard to catch (not to mention that since we had submitted the correct spelling beforehand, we did not expect the revised version to contain any spelling errors). Despite having provided an original design with the correct spelling, the mistake being made by the company, the owner and his wife insisted my coworker was to blame for not catching their mistake in the email containing their revised version of the design. They wanted over $900 to re-do our shirts. As a disabled veteran myself, it was incredibly disappointing to know that the company wouldn’t even re-do the shirts of my active duty coworkers, who are currently sacrificing their own freedom for our country. To Dave and Juana, there is no need to respond to this. Your responses thus far have told me (and many others) all we need to know.

Unfortunately this company is unreliable and has absolutely no regards in customer service . It’s very disappointing on how they handle their mistakes in spelling , but yet put a policy out stating “We are responsible for the printing. We will re-print for any mistakes but the responsibility for the garment is on you , the customer. “ The garment wasn’t provided to the company , we paid extra for garment and printing , just to clarify . The mistake came from someone who was illiterate and didn’t know how to spell “Dedicated” and instead spelled it “ Deticated” . The responses from the owners were “it’s a human error “ . Please keep in mind we spent hundreds of dollars for two batches of shirts (short and long sleeved ) and both came out incorrectly. We provided photos in regard to what we wanted and the company changed the way they were supposed to come out . I would like to further add we have provided business to this company as a military installation and will make sure to contact other installations to NOT follow through with scamming companies like this one , who just take money and places blame for their mistakes on the customer . Furthermore , adding an example of us approving the “mock” is ridiculous because how could anyone possibly see this mistake in a small email . Lastly , I would like to refrain from any response from this company as they did absolutely nothing on their part to help us out .

We spent thousands of dollars with this company for our club team. Most of our items fell apart within months of receiving these items, singlets are see through, discounts weren’t applied when promised. Then when we brought it to the companies attention we were given the cold shoulder and told no refunds. Would not recommend. You’re better off spending a little more money and going with a reputable company that stands behind their product.

I needed a couple of customized polo shirts for work, I received my polos back in 72 hours. Amazing service! The quality of the embroidery work was exceptional. The stitching was precise, and the colors were vibrant and true to the design I provided. It's clear that they take pride in their craftsmanship, and it shows in the final product. Overall, I highly recommend The Plug for any embroidery needs. Whether it's for custom apparel, promotional items, or personal projects, they offer a level of quality and service that's hard to find. I'll definitely be returning for future projects.

What can I say had some beautiful memorial shirts made, and there are no words to say, they did such an amazing job! Coming back for another set of shirts! I will not go anywhere to get anything custom made! The prices are unbelievable and I mean that in a good way! I promise you, you won’t be disappointed!!!
