Sportsman's Warehouse

Uncooperative and rude staff. I bought a small sled here because no one else had the one I needed. It was damaged which was ok because I can make it work. But the staff was completely clueless. They thought it was “fair” to sell a DAMAGED product for a 10 percent discount. It will cost me 25 percent of the total value to fix the damage and make it workable. I’m done with this store. They will not receive my business anymore. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!

I took my son to the N. Nevada store in Colirado Springs. I was shopping for a compound bow for his birthday. What a joke this store is. The guy that was working in archery had no idea how to answer any questions, said they couldn't set the bow up for him, said he couldn't shoot it, was not interested in selling us anything and we left. We went to Bass Pro Shops and bought a compound bow, a target, a release, a case , arrows and tips. They set the bow up for him, adjusted it, cut his arrows, taught him how to shoot in the range. Linda and Isaac were excellent. They took their time. Linda had him shoot, the adjusted until everything was just right. They said we could bring it back for adjustments as many times as was needed. Bass Pro is an excellent store with very friendly and helpful staff. Sportsman's Warehouse is a joke and the employee that was there was useless.

I will never shop here again: Had to wait an additional day to the 3 day waiting period due to store policy that when I called corporate said is not a store policy and I was lied to. Furthermore Cory the hunting in firearm manager was extremely rude and talked poorly of another store in which I have shopped at many times over the years. He quickly ran through me being able to verify the serial number of the firearm that if I would have insisted I would have been able to see the trigger well lock still on the firearm. I ended up going to the store Cory talked poorly of to remove it. Shoutout to Brian in Firearms for being friendly and helpful when initialy purchasing the firearm, the security guard and the front store cashier.

I'm sad to see this place go down the hill but I can see why they have a for sale sign covering their logo. They wouldn't even let me take my purse in so I don't know how the hell I'm supposed to pay, they don't have a very large selection of womens sizing, and the staff is rude.

They have the BEST suits you can think of and the material is amazing and fit perfectly for the sizes you need, I HIGHLY recommend going there.

The team was very friendly, funny, great atmosphere and keeping employees and customer safe great security and amazing leadership and employees!!

If you like to wait longer than the legal waiting period to pick up your firearm, then this is the place. When I asked why they make you wait longer than the law requires, they told me it's because people try to pick up their firearm before the waiting period is up. Just tell them no, don't punish everyone else. I will not purchase another firearm from them again.
