Ross Dress for Less

I have been a loyal customer of the Ross Dress for Less store located at Powers and Bloomington, Colorado Springs, for over two decades. This particular Ross consistently offers high-quality merchandise at competitive prices compared to other retailers. I highly recommend this location. For example, I recently purchased a pair of Donna Karan New York medium-height dress heels for $36.99; comparable styles at Macy's typically retail for approximately $90. Additionally, I acquired a Michael Kors backpack for only $79.99. These represent significant savings. Furthermore, the staff is consistently friendly and provides excellent customer service. Also, they have a self check out section for you if you would like to do it by yourself. I am confident you will have a positive shopping experience at this store.

Great place to find great bargains! I come here to shop for my kid’s clothes and always find great deals on brand new name brand items that’s cheaper than it would have been in any other place, Amazon and the outlets included. Fun shopping experience 🛍️ But since everyone else also seems to know this bargain hunting hack, it’s all about timing and coming in the day after the restock to get the best selection. Half the time, the store almost feels barren and emptied out especially during holidays 🤔

This place is amazing, I've never been to a Ross store before and I was blown away!! The clothes are amazing for the prices. I got Jessica Simpson jeans reg. $69.50 for $8.99 plus 2 pairs of brand new LEE pants all for $30!! The employees were so nice! The fitting rooms are clean and spacious. I'm definitely going to be a regular customer.

Very Disappointed and Hurt by Staff Behavior I had a very upsetting experience at this Ross store. I got hurt while inside the store, and instead of helping me, the employees laughed at me. One employee, in particular, was extremely rude and disrespectful. She showed no concern at all for my well-being, and her attitude made the situation even worse. I expected at least basic human kindness, but what I got was mockery and no assistance. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable, especially in a store where customer safety should matter. I hope management takes this seriously and better trains their staff on how to handle situations with empathy and professionalism.

As someone who worked at this location I know how hard the staff at this location works to make sure all the product makes it to the floor in a timely manner and also strive to give the best customer service possible, at all times. This has been the best and most fun job that I have had in the last 10 years, so I am very sad that I have to leave. But I know that this store will continue to improve and become the best Ross location in all of Colorado Springs. So if you are looking for a job/career in retail this is the spot, and if you are looking for great prices and an amazing shopping experience the door open at 9 am.

Ross is known for long lines at the register an that’s because corporate wants just one person per area but no complaints there but at this location there was no one at the register instead two ppl at the self check out so not only do you have to scan all your items you have to walk over have them remove all the tags then they have to scan every item again to make sure it matches the receipt I would have just asked them to give my money back but the only reason I even go to Ross is because my mom loves Ross save yourself time and effort go down to the Ross on South Gate they have a bigger store with a larger selection an actual humans to ring you up an no that store is not perfect but they have far friendlier staff than this awful location

Clothing aisles barely fit a shopping cart; self checkout (but the staff need to remove anti theft sensors🙄), oh and “check” the receipt. Loss Prevention folks walking around wearing stab vests?
