REI

Took the REI trail side bike maintenance class and really liked it. A lot of practical knowledge and a hands on portion to do what you’re learning on your own bike. Was able to ask questions about off topic questions (various what-ifs). Glad I took the class vs relying on buddy to bail me out the next time I need help.

Wow Jules in the shoe department made are day at REI! She was so helpful and knowledgable about the different options for Men's trail running shoes. We felt stuck on making a decision and her input was exactly what we needed! Can't wait to do my first run with them. Thanks again Jules!!!

At REI.....the employees there ARE kind. They don't work on commission but on people. Places like REI are getting more and more rare in this world. A world that's filled with so much greed and unkindness. For so many places, it's always about the bottom dollar.....never about the person. My heart was happy today. For the employees at REI.......your acts of caring and kindness are like pots of gold. Something the world needs more of. I love my Renegade Evo GTX Mid Hiking Boots 🎉 and the perks that come with an REI membership! Life is life. I can't change what the world has become, but.....what I can do is treasure the tiny moments of kindness I get.....and........see what adventures and where these super cool new shoes will take me!!! Cheers 🍻 and thank you again!!!!

Great customer service with a smile, as always. It was my first time at the location, and I was surprised to see two buildings on either side of the parking lot. As I spoke to one of the associates, I was told it was a concept/test for REI to have merchandise split based on category, which should give a more roomy ambiance. I think this is good if they have the space; the store felt wide, open, and easy to navigate around, vs. having everything put together in a small building.

The redhead thin male that works in footwear (Noah?) was AMAZING. he spent so much time helping my girlfriend and I find the perfect trail running shoes. He was so sweet and really wanted to make sure we got the right shoe

Today's mission was to buy hiking boots. Staff was helpful in recommending boots and based on trying them in the store, able to recommend more styles. I purchased a pair that I hope will be perfect. Knowing I can wear them and, if they don't work out, return them within a year gave me the confidence to buy (I am an REi member, which I recommend).

Mike and his team did an awesome tuneup on my bikes and discovered a significant crack in my Sest Stay - a potential catastrophic accident. That was just the start. Rehabbed my other older bike to good as new (almost :) ) condition. I highly recommend you go there for bike repairs and tuneups. Price was reasonable and fair - as I expect from REI. Thank you Mike

Went in looking for a new set of hiking boots and was assisted by this store’s incredible team, particularly Will, who was very helpful in finding the right fit for my girlfriend and me. Some reviewers have already noted the quality of REI’s employees but felt the need to leave a note. Thanks Will
