I had Marques have some emrboidering of my logo done on a few polos and my gym bag for my small business and he did a great job. He was very helpful and communicative and turned around the product in the time he told me it would take. And all done at extremely reasonable pricing. I am very happy with new swag for my small business!

Diann is great! I had a short lead time project and she found a way to get my shirts cranked out before our launch. Quality of her work was top notch. Her pricing was better than I was offered elsewhere. Next time I have need for silk screening (or graphics design), there is no question in my mind where I will be going.

We've used Rain Days multiple times for our member's t-shirts and have been satisfied every time. Diann is extremely prompt in answering e-mails and has always been able to answer our slew of questions. She's honest, friendly, and her work is great! I'm happy I did NOT go to Rainy Days. Upon calling, when I described the situation and what I needed, the woman who answered the phone laughed in my ear. Though I did not need a mass quantity of items ordered, I don't think that's a reason to frown upon someone or the business they are trying to give you. For the occasion I was needing the shirts for was time sensitive and highly important, and when described she suggested fabric paint. If I had wanted to use fabric paint, I wouldn't have called in the first place. If on the phone their customer service lacks, I wouldn't be surprised if the trend follows within the store.
