The Budtender Quincy is amazing he was so knowledgeable and addressed all my needs. His service was outstanding and made sure I got my loyalty points. Great guy kicked ass!

Tanner helped me and my father today he was super knowledgeable on the products available and was super pleasant as well! I'll definitely be coming back i always have a good experience here(:

I’ve been a loyal customer at Native Roots for years — spending plenty on flower, often by the ounce, and tipping well every time. But after what just happened, you’ve permanently lost my business over five cents and a sarcastic attitude. Here’s what happened: I normally place my order online and swing through with exact cash — in this case, my usual $20.08. Native Roots recently bumped their prices so the total is now $20.05 out the door. No big deal — the first time it happened, the budtender just said, “We got you,” and covered the nickel. This time, I swung by an ATM to grab my cash and assumed I had change in my car like I always do — but my daughter had taken it, which she’s allowed to do. So I walked in, explained to the budtender that I was short five cents and I’d just come from the ATM. Instead of a simple, “No problem,” she grabbed my order and shot me a snarky, sarcastic line: “Oh, no, it’s fine that you came here today assuming I was going to pay for your weed.” I didn’t come here to scam you for five cents — and any regular would understand that. But that attitude showed me exactly how much you value loyal customers. I even drove home, grabbed a quarter, and brought it back — and told the manager exactly what happened. His response? “I’ll address it.” No apology. No, “We appreciate your business.” Just a blank stare and, “I’ll address it.” Well, here’s what I’m addressing: Native Roots has officially lost me as a customer — forever — over five cents and zero customer service. In Colorado, dispensaries are like 7-Elevens. I have options. And I guarantee I’ll be spending my money somewhere that doesn’t treat regulars like freeloaders for needing a nickel. Hope upper management reads this and asks, “How did we lose a paying, tipping customer over five cents?”
