Luciana in the furniture gallery is one of the best sales associates that I have encountered in a very long time. Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and not pushy. I was with a friend while she purchased some furniture and I was so impressed with the service that I will go specifically to buy from her when I need furniture.

I recently visited Macy’s with the intention of purchasing a comforter, but my experience left much to be desired. The sales floor was surprisingly bare, with empty shelves aside from a few pillows, throw blankets, and only one or two comforters available. There were no sales associates present to offer assistance, which is disappointing for a store known for its high standards. Frustrated by the lack of options and customer support, I ended up going to Dillard’s, where the selection was much more impressive, and I was able to find the comforter I needed. This experience has left me disappointed with Macy’s and I hope they address these issues soon.

Went to visit their furniture showroom and was very impressed! Many options and several that are customizable. The sales lady was so friendly and helpful!

My 6-year-old twins went here to pick out a toy here and they tried doing the transaction on their own for the first time (they took it up to the register and paid). My kids were super shy and awkward and did not know what they were doing, but the customer service was top notch! I wish I would have noticed the name of the cashier. She's watching we awesome! There are really a lot of social skills associated with making a store transaction and I see we need to work on those but the cashier was not phased at all. They're very happy with their purchases.

I was taking my daughter to look for a new couch at this store and the sales person was so rude and disrespectful, we left. He completely made me, my daughter and my grandson felt totally uncomfortable.
