This store absolutely saved me in a crunch. I needed chic professional clothes for an event and a new job. Everywhere I went before H&M was not my vibe and gave me the ick. I stayed in this store for hours collecting timeless pieces and going into the dressing room several times. The employees were all friendly and very helpful, grabbed me a bag and assisted in the dressing room. I walked out with a professional, hot wardrobe that will last me quite a while. Considering how much I can mix and match, it was quite reasonably priced. I was given so many compliments at my event, it was perfect. So grateful to have gone here in the knick of time.

No consistency with employee customer service. Some employees are wonderful, other employees will leaving you standing at the check out for 10 minutes and have very poor attitudes.

I don't mind this store. I shop here on occasion but their clothes don't fit me. If they want to sell clothes in the US they need to change it up with the body styles. I'm not a skinny European boy. Overall though, not a bad place for your hipster threads.

Right now, there's winter Sales going on. Wonderful deal! I got some sweaters for 5.00's baby things on sale, All departments.

I can’t say enough great things about this location! This H&M is always stocked, clean, and well organized. Most importantly, the staff is amazing! Every time I visit this store the staff is helpful, kind, and professional! They have done a great job hiring a great team that exhibits great customer service skills. As a customer that shops at this local mall… It’s always a breeze to walk in and happily shop here. Five stars for this location and the staff!

The cash register lack customer service, they are more concerned on their schedules and failure in schools than taking care of customers and offering their current offers if you hVe to buy there plan ahead and have it handy. They will not explain anything or save u money.

Well we'll we'll..let me tell you from personal experience that by far..this is MY FAVORITE STORES TO SHOP EVER. I love the clothes..the quality of the clothes..the price you pay for what you get is awesome.I enjoy finding the discounted items. You can always find everything you need all the way down to the accessories. I most enjoy how the manager interacts with the customers and makes you feel like family with a smile. Very warm and welcoming. You don't feel like you're being watched and rushed. Great personalities work here. I love how Big and open this store is. It's always clean and well put together. You can tell that the employees love their job. Perfect place to shop. It almost gives you a Paris kind of shopping experience..even if you've never been there and saw it on television. 😂. If this store ever were to close its doors.. I'd be saddened because this is where I shop. This store gets 20 stars in my book. Great job H&M

Your location needs a dressing room big enough for stroller accessibility if you’re going to restrict the handicapped room to only persons in wheelchairs. I was using the handicapped room with my baby in a stroller and was told in the middle of changing that I needed to immediately vacate the room just in case someone handicapped came in and needed it. There wasn’t any handicapped people in the store at that time. I would gladly give up the room if someone in a wheelchair came in, but I had to leave when no one else needed the room anyway. So fine, but then build a big enough dressing room for a stroller. My daughter is too young to walk. She has to stay in the stroller. I deserve to be able to try on clothes to. Especially when I’m not inconveniencing anyone who might possibly need the room in the first place. The only reason you’re getting two stars is because Sean at the check out counter is always really nice.
