I know a lot of folks at Cole. They are fantastic people with a fantastic business and business model through and through. I refer them to other businesses as my own business uses them for all of our promotional gear. Our shirts, hoodies and other gear has been taken to another level because of them. Also, I love taking my children to the candy shop as it's become one of our favorite family traditions. Love you Cole!

Cole Brands is amazing to work with. Their staff are all friendly and very knowledgeable. I ordered an item that was a little past the run time requirement but they were able to get it for us in plenty of time. We order lots of stuff from them for all of our fundraisers! Would highly recommend.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Cole Promo. I am not usually one to post bad reviews but my experience with this company warrants it. We received our order was recieved six weeks after we were told to expect a 10 business day turnaround. There were 16 errors in our 80ish item order. There were name errors, spelling errors, mysterious stains on several items, etc. When we requested those errors be fixed, it took six more weeks and presented five errors still. Communication was terrible. Several letters were peeling off when the items were provided to us. It was unfortunately a really terrible experience that I would absolutely steer anyone or any company looking to make a large order as far away as possible from. I even supplied this information to management and never heard back.

We have been using Cole Promo for our promotional items here at Honest Accurate Auto Service for the past five or six years. We truly enjoy working with the whole Cole family. We are also a family owned and operated small business and appreciate the personal service we get from all of them at Cole Promo. Cindy is always on the lookout for new and fresh ideas for our auto repair company. They do what they do best with their creative, marketing ideas so that we can concentrate on what we do best - fixing cars. But more then that, they are always concerned with getting us the most value for our marketing dollars. We've also purchased a complete line of professional looking shirts for both our men and women and after their expertly embroidered logo of ours on the shirts, we sure are a sharp looking team ourselves. Thank you Cole Promo for not only your unique marketing products but even more, your stellar service. Randy Schillinger Honest Accurate Auto Service
