I had to leave a review after reading all the awful things said by other customers. I absolutely love this store and almost all of the employees here! I am a big time regular here and most employees even know me by name. Yes, bathrooms are closed, but I've never had an issue asking someone to unlock it for me. Sometimes they are shorthanded- like every other place anymore-and there will be a longer wait time in line. I've found this to honestly be the norm everywhere. I have also been there many times when these poor ladies have had to deal with unbelievable amounts of theft, some of theft situations have actually been a bit scary, but the employees handle it very well! Therefore, that's why dressing rooms and bathrooms are locked. That's why ALL shoppers are watched. It's for everyone's protection and to help stop the theft that is making prices rise even more!! I commend the employees! They are not given enough credit for what they put up with.

Really nice store. The shelves were stocked up and the prices were decent. The only thing i wish they had more of was a womens shoe selection for size 8 and up. Other than that the employees were super nice and quick in the checkout line.

If I could give a zero I would . I went to purchase some things with my mother in law who bought FOUR coats as Christmas gifts ( olive , grey , black and navy blue ) and got charged for five coats .When going to this store to question the extra charge of basically $60 the manager was useless . she was just arguing back and fourth with me on what I got . When i literally have the things we bought and the BROWN coats she mentioned doesn’t exist. The only brown thing I got was some cheap ol sweatpants .These people are just trying to make money off of people . When it comes to fixing their mistakes they just want to argue and be unprofessional. They would be mad if a store charged them an extra $60 for something they don’t have . This place is a joke .

I just loved shopping in this place. It has a lot of good things in there.

They had their fitting rooms and bathrooms closed. I have a bathroom emergency and no one would let me use it. They had a great selection of clothes but not if you wanna try anything on.

Both times I have tried to shop at this location during the night shift and both times a female "manager" chases me down and rudely kicks me out saying that I've been told I'm trespassing before and kicked out multiple times for theft, yet I have not. I've never been talked to, stopped at the door, much less stolen anything from this store or any in store. I've tried to tell her that she must be mistaken or to check my name or asked for a resolution so I don't have to be embarrassed and harassed when I'm simply trying to shop, she degrades me, threatens me and declines my effort to try to clear things up. She refuses to give me her name or helpful information to go above her level to again get this issue fixed. Clearly your system for stopping theft and/or keeping perpetrators out of the store needs work. Burlington I guess goes off of their numbers managers clearly flawed memory of who someone is and it's costing you a PAYING customer.

I wanted to use the restroom, but they are locked with code.. without any instruction or guide..

My girlfriend and I were stopped at the door on the way in by an older women with loss prevention, she told us to leave and to go somewhere else because we are obviously criminals because we don’t have plates on our car (clearly not seeing my temp tag in the window), this was our first and last time visiting this store. SHE SHOULD NOT be working there especially since this is not the only negative review regarding that one worker.
