Automated Photo Technology

APT consistently exceeds our expectations for print and paper quality and customer service. We are a small graphic design business out of Boston that creates commemorative race maps for runners, and have had Automated Photo Technology serve as our printer and drop shipper for several years. As a micro business, we just couldn't achieve the cost savings of printing our art ourselves, but wanted to work with another small business that would have personal and direct service and control over the timing and quality of our products. Vic and his team are amazing; they are extremely responsive, forgiving of any mistakes on our end, willing to rectify issues that they can't control (like USPS delays), and striving to improve the customer ordering experience. We have worked with APT on adding new products (such as framing services and sticker printing) and the process has gone smoothly and the prices are competitive. We highly recommend this business!

I'm so thankful that I randomly came across this place! Long story short: I ordered a large digital jpeg file for my husband off ETSY. I almost went into Staples to have it printed 😬. My plan was to mat and frame it myself at Hobby Lobby. At the last minute, as I was driving on GOGs, I thought, "I wonder if there's a print shop around?" 0.3 miles away was Automated Photo Technology. They helped me quickly upload the file to their website, push through the order, and within 2 days, I had my print framed (by them) and ready to hang. I couldn't be happier with the price and the quality. The photo is so beautiful!! I don't have a ton of "printing needs," but I will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone I can. 2023: Review updated to show another print job that Vic and his team did an incredible job on. Once again, I purchased a customized digital file off ETSY and then Automated PhotoTechnology turned it into beautiful artwork. (I blanked out the baby name for privacy.)

I ran into an emergency with an exhibition and needed high-quality canvas prints right away. Automated Photo Technology came through for me! They were able to help on short notice and got everything set up quickly. The prints were a big success—I’ve already sold two and ordered more. I’m so glad to have a local business I can rely on, and I’ll definitely be working with them again!

I have been using Automated Photo Technology for over a decade. They are perfect for single-run, high-quality prints. Their prints are beautifully done and reasonably priced. And their customer service is unmatched…you actually are able to get a same-day response from a real person.

Have been ordering my F1 prints from this shop for almost 10 years now and have NEVER been disappointed. Even had to have 3 prints redone 2x last year due to a bad batch of adhesive - never flinched in making it right. Can't express how good the picture quality is - have a 6' long Lando Norris picture from Austin 2023 hanging in my garage that looks as if I could jump in and drive it is so so lifelike. The images you take will be VERY well rendered by Vic and his team. 5 Start rating is an understatement.

Customer service is top notch! Vic was super helpful in printing my illustrations so quickly before my event! Even he checked with me before starting the printing process and I’m glad he did because I sent the wrong file format. The prints came out beautiful and quality of the prints are excellent! I will definitely coming back to continue printing my artwork and grow my business as an independent artist

Great place to order prints. Quick turnaround on orders and price is good. I really like the enhanced matte paper they offer.

APT goes above and beyond, very helpful with answering my questions, high quality, fast turnaround, prompt responses. I have been a customer of APT since 2010. Bobbyjo Birdsong Photography
