I live by this target and frequent it weekly. I found some good clothing items and was excited to try them on when this old woman at the changing room rudely asked me if she could help me when I went to find a fitting room then was eyeing me like I was up to no good purely for walking into the fitting rooms as I have every other time. The whole interaction felt like she was accusing me of trying to steal things so I literally left armfuls of clothes there with her and walked away. They lost a good portion of those items being sold due to her attitude and demeanor. Never felt so insulted here

One of the worst targets I’ve ever been to. Every time I shop here they are out of stock on a ton of items and the employees are rude and unprofessional. The Walmart across the street is much nicer than this place.

I tried to call and submit a compliment to corporate but the guy didn’t go I spoke to did NOT listen to me and was NOT helpful. So I hope someone sees this. Morgan - the Team Lead who assisted me with a weird defective merchandise return- ROCKS! She was able to solve the issue quickly and kindly, and I’m sure that even if she couldn’t have helped me herself, she would’ve helped me figure out who to ask for help. She is truly amazing.

Not stocked sufficiently; no staff in the Electronics Department; products in the wrong location &, therefore, not at the correct price. Target is almost as bad as Walmart which is pretty bad.

Bathroom has no paper towels to dry hands. Old school location with no skylight showing natural light. Some sections are locked up and there is nobody working so now I will not buy the items.

Edit: the hole got fixed pretty quickly and it’s much better. Thank you for making the update! It’s a much nicer experience driving up to the entrance.

I’m a big fan of Target. I even worked there once. I’ve also spent years working in customer service. Because of this I’m a very empathetic person even when the person I’ve encountered isn’t very nice. But the last two times I’ve visited the Castle Rock store the customer service at checkout and whoever they have guarding the door are EXTREMELY RUDE. I was here yesterday and forgot something I need. Target is the only place I can find it locally and I REFUSE to go back there. Target has lost a customer period. I’ll just order what I need online so I don’t have to deal with this behavior when spending my hard earned money.
