Smaller Hot Topic store. Employees/Managers are always helpful and friendly. Great place to pickup online HT orders.

The staff tried to cheat the kids. They mentioned a 25% discount but didn't explain when my kids paid for an item. When I asked for a refund, she said it would be less than one dollar. How can 25% off $10 be less than one dollar? Eventually, she refunded $2.60. My kids are better at this calculation, but she's better at cheating kids.

Super friendly, awesome and unique finds. Love stopping in this store when I'm at the mall! Found the cutest little barrettes!

My kids love this place and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Great selection for kids and younger adults, and older adults of a certain age can probably find a T-shirt or two that they like.

Stopped in today to see the Halloween collection was greeted at the door from two young women working there they were both very kind and helping everyone in the store. During check out. They were some training but I didn’t mind.

This location is really great, the cashier offered me a deal so I ended up getting another item for free. I spent only $15 but got 2 really cute pieces of jewelry.

Just went today and the associate Autumn was so incredibly nice and friendly! Answered any questions and overall a joy to conversate with! Definitely will be coming back for the good customer service again!

The cashiers were very loud and gossipy, they were talking about some personal experience they had elsewhere calling this woman old. Very off-putting to try to shop while hearing them trash talk. Not going to this location for a while.
