The Dragontree Sanctuary

The therapists at this spa are truly exceptional. My treatment was top tier, and it’s clear the therapists are highly skilled and dedicated to their craft. The spa attendants were also very friendly and courteous, which I appreciated. That said, they seemed stretched thin and more focused on maintenance tasks than on assisting guests at the front desk or in common areas. Better delegation or additional staffing could greatly improve the flow and guest support. Unfortunately, the most disappointing part of my visit was dealing with the spa director. When I approached them for help, I was shocked by how unprofessional and rude they were. Instead of offering assistance or even basic courtesy, they were dismissive, cold, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by asking a simple question. Their attitude was not only unhelpful but downright disrespectful, completely unacceptable for someone in a leadership and guest facing role at a spa. A place that promotes relaxation and wellness should be led by someone who embodies those values. Sadly, the spa director was the opposite. If management is not addressed, it will continue to undermine the great work being done by the therapists and other team members.
