Ordered 2 pairs of pants to be delivered to a pickup location. Received notification they had been delivered. Went to collect, but my order cannot be found or traced. Requested a refund. Was told I have to wait up to 6 weeks before they can refund me because prana needs to conduct an “investigation”… Won’t be buying prana products ever again. Their stuff is nice, but not that nice. Better brands and products out there

I absolutely love the products and customer service that is available at the Boulder Prana! I completely rely on them for their great knowledge of their products. I walk in the door and I am greeted and helped. Amy you are the best!

I adore this team! Every single person made me feel so welcome and I had an absolute blast trying on all of their new product. Loving the new sculpt line, and can’t wait to go back for my holiday shopping!

Their products and practice are great but this particular store disappoints me everytime especially recent years. The service is not the the greatest and the selection is very slim. Good thing there are many other choices in our town where I can find both friendly customer service and great selection of clothes that are produced in a environmentally conscious manner.

This review applies to the company not this particular store. Wife got me a gift certificate as Prana shorts and pants are all I wear. Thankfully they brought back the regular stretch zion instead of the nonsense that is version 2. There was a nice sale and I had enough money left to buy a hat. A few months later the button breaks. I contacted customer service. “We don’t do exchanges” the person said. So I shipped the pants back to them (on their dime) and they sent me a credit for what I paid on the pants. I go to buy more pants and they cost a lot more because they just credited me the money I spent and the pants aren’t on sale currently. I email back and ask if they can fix this saying I just want the pants restored to me. They say that this isn’t their policy and refuse to do it. I say “why would I ever buy pants directly from you as you don’t stand behind your product.” They say they will pass it on to management. So I have a credit to this stupid website and I am waiting to see if they put the pants back on sale. I know I am finished with Prana online. If I can find clothes that are just as good from another company I would be glad to never support their business again. You have the same choice. I would at least buy them from a reputable retailer who doesn’t play this game. If not just know that they only stand behind their full price products.

Let me start this by saying I love the clothing and the message they bring, also that this is a review of the company. Not this individual shop or the employees there. They have always been top notch. However, I have found Prana does not practice what they preach. For a company that says on their "About Prana" page they want to "lessen their impact on the planet", "clothing with a higher purpose", and "We strive to do what is right, in ways both big and small" they have shown me quite the different in such a simple way. I recently purchased an item that was delivered to me. A few days later a new sale on that item had started (and with free shipping). I contacted customer service to see if they would be able to honor the new sale price, they said they unfortunately could not. This left me very confused since I could return the item I currently have (via free shipping for an exchange) and purchase the exact same item again at the discounted price, and have that shipped to me. They responded with saying that I definitely could do that. So instead of just refunding me the difference and me keeping the item I already have, I have to ship it back and they will send me the exact same thing back to me. How wasteful! This is the complete opposite of sustainability and doing what is right. This really dissapoints me in a company that I have been such an advocate for. I thought they would hold themselves to a higher standard than this.

I really enjoy Prana products, but the store left me wanting. It felt like any other clothing store with a weak selection of products. Nobody ever asked if I was looking for something. When I asked about the climbing pants I wanted, they weren't sure if the company still made them. There didn't seem to be buch thought to merchandising. I didn't feel like I was talking to someone who loved their products. It might have been a bad day or transition between summer and fall, but the great feeling I have about their clothing was not reinforced by this store.
