They should give time estimates over the phone. I asked about a print job and was told to bring the file over. When I showed up they said they didn’t have capacity to do the job. That part is fine. However, I don’t see the point in driving over for something we could take care of over the phone.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Minuteman Press. From start to finish, their service was nothing short of exceptional. George and his team went above and beyond to ensure our project was completed to perfection, and fast! The quality of the printing was top-notch. We had a retractable banner created this time and a concert poster created previously and both times the end result was exceptional. What really stood out to me was their customer service. George at Minuteman Press is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, caring and responsive. While their products are awesome, it's George and the customer service he provides that is what will keep us coming back. Thank you, Minuteman Press, for your outstanding work!
