I purchasing a $150 pair of Birkenstocks through Free People, expecting a brand-new, clean pair. What I received was filthy, clearly used, and completely unacceptable. The shoes had visible dirt, deep toe imprints, worn soles, and they were shipped in a plastic bag with no box, no wrapping, and no packaging of any kind. This was not a mistake. It was a complete failure in quality control. These were clearly returned by someone else, worn, and just reshipped without anyone checking. I ordered them for myself and now I am stuck with disgusting shoes I cannot even wear. Customer service did not resolve it. Even after sending photos showing the damage, they make me wait 72 hours for a review just to get help. No urgency. No accountability. No care. I have never had an experience this bad ordering online. I will never shop at Free People again. Buyer beware. This company does not stand behind the quality of what they send and their customer service is robotic at best. Save yourself the stress.

I love the Free People Movement store! Seriously I am a little too obsessed with their athletic clothing. Staff is always so nice and helpful.

I love this place. The quality is mostly unmatched. The styles are just the best. Hate the inventory cancellations that seem to happen with orders. Wish their inventory had up to date differentials so that it could mark things out of stock instead of playing the free people inventory lottery 😂

My healthiest addiction. Besides my wallet gets really skinny. I love both the Free People stores! Mostly the Free Movement one. It’s more comfy workout clothes for women like me. Some of the actual FP clothes fit taller thinner model like body types. However you can always find something. High class hippies or on the go ladies, with a bohemian flair. You’ll be straight hip when you wear Free People. To me I’d rather spend the little money I have on wearing something that feels like me. Go get your shop on and check out Pearl Street. The ladies who I have met working there are all very knowledgeable and down to earth. One of the girls was the official walker. I think her name was Grace… Her job was to walk with people who couldn’t keep up with the Olympic runner. That would be me.

Expensive but fashionable place. Is it possible to find this brand at thrift stores so look around it you wish. Store is really cool, neat layout with skylight. A little cramped and can be overpriced.

i’m big on giving people the benefit of the doubt. maybe someone is having a bad day. maybe they’re short on staff. Third and fourth times though, it starts to feel a little systemic. On my last visit here, i came to ask about a dress i saw online. i was greeted smugly but thought nothing of it. when i inquired about the sizes, i got a nasty look like how dare i come in the store. i was very chill and told them not to bother. i went into the dressing room and the other girl competently ignored me while attending to the nice blonde Boulder ladies. when i passed by again, she ignored me once more and started folding a folded shirt. yikes. 😬 if you’re not waspy looking, these girls make your experience very belittling.

I had the worst customer service experience at this store. The young girl at the register was so rude, I really couldn’t believe it. There was no one else in the store except for myself and she gave me a horrible attitude the entire time I was checking out, I actually didn’t understand what was wrong and she flung my receipt at me as I left. I walked out in disbelief. Her cashier number was 323937. I hope no one else has to have this experience.

Wonderful customer service. Great selection of women’s clothing, and some jewelry. It was limited on some sizes, but for the most part pretty decent. My wife got a denim jumpsuit and flare jeans, and I got a vest. It was a bit pricey but the product is great quality!
