Fjällräven Boulder

Went here on a whim to check out what they had to offer, and ended up leaving with a new bag and belt that I TOTALLY didn’t need lol Overall pretty happy with the visit. Staff was helpful when I asked questions and was welcoming whenever we were walking around. They also informed us that they had custom tailoring services for their products if you purchase them (for an extra fee) which was pretty neat The belt I ended up buying started to fray a couple days later, but that’s not really a reflection of the store and more just a minor defect I’m not too worried about. Will probably leverage the lifetime warranty when it becomes an issue 🤷‍♀️

I became a true fan of the brand and service. Aron was my guy!! Excellent customer service and genuinely cared about your experience both at the outlet and on the trail. The bag is amazing and everything I hoped for!!!! Without doubt going back.

Had the best experience! Lou was helping me out and she was so fun and provided customer service excellence. Made me feel very welcome in the store, and went above and beyond to make sure I was making an informed purchase as well as getting the color I wanted. Would totally be her friend. Didn't catch the manager's name but she was also wonderful and helpful.

I had such a great experience at the Fjällräven store in Boulder, and that’s entirely thanks to Roddy. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful without being pushy. Roddy has a true passion for the brand and a deep knowledge of the gear—he answered every question I had and offered thoughtful suggestions that made it clear he really listened to what I was looking for. He took the time to walk me through different options, explain the benefits of various materials and fits, and made sure I left with something I truly loved and would use. It felt more like getting expert advice from a friend than a typical retail experience. If you’re heading to Fjällräven Boulder, do yourself a favor and talk to Roddy. He brings a level of service, professionalism, and personality that you just don’t find every day. Couldn’t recommend him more!

Updated 6/26 Fjallraven is sending me a 2nd pack due to UPS losing the first. Thank you. I did deduct one star from my review as contacting customer service there is no available phone number or voicemail, only email and that took number of days to get a response. 6/24 Fjallraven responded after 3 days after multiple emails and phone calls. Basically told me they'd look into it. No action or response from them for 3 days. I've asked for a new item to be sent and they haven't done that. They provide no means to talk to a live person, all calls get picked up by voicemail telling you to email them, emailing them tells you to call and to not open more than one email case. So far, terrible service. Anyone from Fjallraven reading these? 6/20 Ordered a pack from Fjallraven and it's not been delivered in 2 weeks. I reached out to Fjallraven 3 times via phone, email, and social media to have them track the package or send me a replacement. but not a single response and it's been 2 business days. Would not recommend this company, and have had a terrible customer service experience.

Just had a great experience buying a coat from Aaron. He was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable as he worked hard to find just the right coat for my needs. I love my coat and highly recommend shopping at this store.

I was walking downtown, and, well, it started storming outside, which meant I was stuck inside. But honestly, I didn’t mind one bit. Jenna, Aaron, and Lou were there, and we just hung out. They were all really friendly and knowledgeable, and I learned a lot about outdoor stuff – though mostly, I just enjoyed talking to them. Time passed by pretty quickly, and the storm outside didn’t seem so bad anymore.
