⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing store with high-quality outdoor gear and outstanding customer service! I stopped by looking for a rain jacket, and Jess was super helpful—she showed me a few options and gave great advice on fit and functionality for both climbing and snowboarding. She really knew her stuff and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I’ve bought Arc’teryx gear before in Norway and Canada, but this was by far the best shopping experience I’ve had. Buying online is convenient, but with service this good, it’s absolutely worth stopping by in person. People like Jess make all the difference—not just helping with a purchase, but building connections and making sure you’re ready to enjoy the outdoors. Highly recommend!

Big shoutout to the staff at this location - especially to Jess (Jessica?). She went above and beyond to help remedy a somewhat confusing situation with a return. Despite my mess up she was able to get me full store credit for the return. This kind of customer service is exactly what brings me back to Arc'teryx year after year. Just picked up my 12th jacket will be back to get lucky number 13 soon Im sure. Thanks for everything Jess!

Thanks, Arc'teryx! I brought in my much loved fleece jacket with a delaminated pocket zipper. The in-store staff were so friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable, and then the tailors kept me informed with multiple emails, fixed it well ahead of schedule, and even re-stenciled my worn-off birdy skeleton!! It's back to its best!!!

Exceptional product and service Dropped by to get my atom jacket, that had sustained tears from a decade of use, repaired. Had a great experience. While I'm here, can't sing high a praise for the atom jacket. The best there is and I own multiple.

I came in the other day hoping to find some items I had been eyeing online, in the store. The entire time, from the moment I walked in to the moment I left I was not greeted, no one asked if I needed help (I was standing by the shoes for a considerable amount of time and the sales person skipped over me to talk to other employees and customers who had gotten to the section after me), even when I left not one word was spoken to me (while I had heard employees wish customers who were leaving to have a good day). To be fair, I was not dressed like the targeted customer demographic but I went well dressed. Normally I don’t leave bad reviews but I truly felt invisible visiting this store and that’s not an experience I would want anyone else to go through. Will not be purchasing from this brand at all but I hope this is taken as constructive feedback and not criticism.

I love this brand, and have shopped at man of their stores all over North America. The staff here is killer, the repair shop saved some of my beloved gear. And today, I had a really damaged piece that they could not repair, and they gave me a great credit for the store as a consolation. The staff is killer and knowledgable.

Wow—what an unbelievable store! The staff here is incredible! My brother and I visited multiple times during our stay in Boulder, and each time we were greeted by the amazing team. Jess, Jenn, Sean (and others!) were all fantastic—so knowledgeable and passionate about the products they offer. We kept coming back because they were so friendly and took the time to explain the features of their favorite pieces, which made our shopping experience truly enjoyable. A special shoutout to Jess for helping me select the best options for my needs (AR Beta with Stormhood!); her expertise and patience were invaluable!!!!! The whole team embodies the spirit of exceptional customer service, making us feel welcome and appreciated. This will definitely be my first stop every time I visit Boulder in the future! An exceptional experience!! I came in this morning looking for a jacket for the upcoming ski season, and Jess was wonderfully helpful! I told her what I was looking for, that I would be making purchases online, and she had well informed suggestions based on my preferences and terrain style. I typically hate when salespeople try to upsell, or pressure customers, and was so grateful that did not happen here. Amazing, kind, and knowledgeable staff!
