I couldn’t give one star because there are some wonderfully solid iconic pieces that I found here, and the employees themselves were very warm and welcoming. However, as someone who shops exclusively second hand, it is always such a huge red flag to me when a second-hand store begins to sell new clothes! When I’m looking through all the racks and continue to see the same article of clothing repeated over and over, it makes me less inclined to purchase the item, because I’m not here to buy things everyone else is going to have! I want the unique, thrifted, second hand clothes I signed up for!! But all in all a fun shopping experience!

When I say I had the best experience at this store today, I mean it! I approached the staff workers with a vague prompt ("cosmic cowboy") for my best friends wedding. All three of the employees immediately jumped into action to help me manifest my vision. Emily especially was my stylist Wizard and helped me find the absolute best outfit plus some alternative items to wear for the weekend coming up. I can get overwhelmed when shopping, so it was really nice to have such an amazing experience and their customer service is top-notch!! THANK YOU!!! 🌌🤠🫶

Fantastic curation of pieces and at reasonable prices, all the staff are extremely kind and amazing at helping you find pieces that suit you. Lane especially was so extremely helpful and kind, he was able to help me find pieces that matched my style perfectly and gave an experience more like a stylish relative giving good advice than a traditional sales experience. Genuinely cannot promote him and this store more!!!

The staff here is absolutely the best! Fun and quirky in all the coolest ways! (Both the store and staff.) An ever changing selection of clothing and accessories, with consignment at an honest and excellent rate. One of my favourite shops around.

Was offered $36 for $600 worth of clothes. What a slap in the face. Store clerk was rude and rolled her eyes once I asked for my clothes back. Stick to customer service and get rid of the snooty attitude and you might get better reviews.

Sold this place probably $2,000+ worth of clothing. I chose a card for store credit that I misplaced -I called first and gave the dates/times I was there, then stopped in to talk to the manager who was really nice but never bothered to call back or follow up saying she was going to figure it out. Super weird vibe and business especially not having a system in place, or explaining that the card was the only form of payment. Not organized at all, despite having you fill out forms/documents. It's not about the money - more about the principle and lack of care for people.

Great selection of vintage and various eras. Good selection of men's (which isn't common). Friendly staff and very helpful. Music was good but I was a bit confused when some songs played that were raunchy and or filled with explicit music (not very professional).

I was looking for a fancy vintage style dress for a theme wedding in March! Not only did I find one but it fits me perfectly!! This was the first store I tried and it was half off!!! I’m stylish and it didn’t break the bank!! Highly recommend this store and I will be back!!
