Just had to review and acknowledge The incredibly friendly and super helpful staff here today. They went above and beyond to help me with an item that I really liked. Lovely store and even lovelier staff xx

Today I visited the Cambridge store to return a coat and ended up purchasing several items of clothing and birthday cards. The staff were so helpful, polite and really friendly. They explained about ordering an item not in stock at the till. An assistant went of and found me an item of clothing that wasn't on display in my size. It felt like nothing was too much for them, what an amazing team you are 👍🏽 Urban Outfitters should be proud to have you 👌🏽

Nice clothing however ridiculous prices! £35 for a graphic T-shirt is a joke! However whenever I have come into this store the service has always been amazing and the staff have been friendly! Changing rooms can get busy though so bare that in mind when visiting.

Typical Urban Outfitters, nothing special. The absolute downfall was the fact that the music in the store was so loud I couldn't hear what my partner was saying next to me. Had to leave it was unbearable.

Staff are always so helpful - especially when you're looking for different colours/sizes. Thank you so much Barbie and Evie for finding me exactly what I was looking for!

Visited this Urban Outfitters store (Cambridge) with my daughter & I have to say the customer service given by the 2 guys on the tills (Darlington & Matt, I think) was outstanding! So friendly, interacting & engaging with all the customers, have to say it was a joy to watch as I sat outside the changing room waiting for my daughter, made the whole shopping experience wonderful! Great asset to the store, well done guys. Based on this experience, wouldn't hesitate to shop there again!

I wanted to exchange a top that my daughter had bought online as it was too small. The staff in my local store were so friendly, helpful and efficient! During the initial phone call to the store “Ollie” was incredibly helpful and when I visited the store later they day to return the top I I was served by a really lovely assistant. The replacement top was delivered to my house the next day and my daughter was delighted! Thank you so much.

Great fashion etc. Friendly staff, nice music, reasonable prices.
